Just tried the new location for Taco Diner. TD gets � it was great, the place was packed, the service and food were terrific. We highly recommend it! Enjoyed the crispy chicken enchiladas! �

Great diner to have so close to home! I've been waiting for it to open! I took my boys to lunch today and they loved it as well. My youngest son ordered two kids chicken tacos and loved the rice (he never eats rice). My oldest son ordered the cheeseburger (not big on Mexican food) and he liked it. I ordered queso (soooooo good) and the shrimp fajitas. We all made adjustments to our items and our server, Justin was great about it and didn't skip a beat. The atmosphere is clean, bright and enjoyable. All the staff is friendly (I even heard a hello from the kitchen), We will definitely be back!
First off I must say this is one of my favorite spots in lake highland, everytime I get off work I have to come over and enjoy a nice app or drink, the bartenders are always great. Ricky was my bartender this particular day and he gave me the best drink choices. He was so friendly and down to earth and I ended up spilling my whole life story to him. But that’s what happens when you build that connection with your customer. Excellent food, excellent service, and amazing drinks always! Oh yeah! The music is EVERYTHING!!! Love the diverse playlist, I was singing all evening. They just need to add karaoke here. I’ll be back for sure, as always!
1st timer!! Yum. Me and my partner had to come try out some Tex Mex and stopped here. Louis was our server and he was the best. Great energy, patience, and knowledge young man. He also had some great suggestions. We had the standard chips and salsa and ordered queso with ground beef. The queso was good but I could’ve went without the ground beef. Wasn’t good. It doesn’t come that way but was trying something new. I had the fried chicken taco and beef brisket taco. Given the description of the fried chicken taco, I thought the whole taco itself was fried and it was not. The chicken taco was also not good either. The brisket taco was great! Minimal but enough in every way. The rice was okay a little on the drier side than I’ve ever had it. And for dessert me and my partner shared a slice of the tres leches cake and that made my afternoon! So light yet great consistency, not to wet and overall very good! Thank you Taco diner we’ll be back!
Food here is good and they add some seasoned queso sauce to crispy beef tacos, adding an interesting twist to a classic Tex-Mex/ American dish. I ate at the bar since I came in by myself; the bar is nicely decorated, modern relaxed atmosphere and prompt service. When I’m in the area, I’ll be sure to stop by!
Naomi provided extremely good and attentive service. She made great suggestions too. I wasn’t expecting much from the food just based on the area but the fish tacos were really good. I went during lunch on a Sunday
My first time here and it felt like a diner. George was a great server! He was attentive & made recommendations to get the Avocado Brisket Melt. It didn’t disappoint!

Happened upon this location after visiting Hollywood Feed for my pups!We had a fantastic meal with our Mambo Taxis! Dianna was such a joy as our witness. I felt great about the entire experience! Open and clean atmosphere, great music, lots of sunshine, inside and out. Pretty sure this will be our favorite local hangout for quite a while! 🌮🍸🌯

A hidden gem! Came in on a whim and had a great time. Ricky was beyond stellar! Helped guide me to the DTX burger and paired it with the mambo taxi rita. Food was awesome, drink was good and the service made me feel special! 12 out of 10 would recommend!
Had the pleasure of coming here for the first time and want to thank Ricardo for being super attentive and friendly. He made us have a wonderful experience and made us feel very welcomed. The food is amazing and the service is superb. Will definitely be coming back thanks again for the great service!

Happy hour is pretty great! Margs are great! Tacos are pretty authentic! Salsa & chips = solid! I would give it 5 stars but we waited pretty long for our check to come a little toooo long... still wonderful but ya know!
