The Oatmeal Chocolate 🍫 Chip Cookies 🍪 and the Double Chocolate 🍫 Brownie Cookies 🍪 are the best I’ve ever had. This location in particular seems to be larger than most other Potbelly Sandwich shops I’ve been. It even has a second floor, although it was closed during my visit. I normally stop by just to grab some cookies to go‼️😋
Oh yes, they sell sandwiches too.😃
My visit today went smoothly. Order was correct, restaurant was clean, service by Lawrence Chance was exceptional.
The best sandwich I have had. I had the Mediterranean with guacamole and chicken on it, it was fantastic! The staff are friendly and excellent customer service. They make their cookies fresh everyday.
4 years later: same same 👍 just know it may be loud if you eat inside.

Had a big pickup order. They got everything right. Besides 1 bag of chips but it’s okay! Asked for extra avocado too and they definitely did! Thank you! Will be back to this potbelly for sure!
My husbands favorite sandwich is no longer on the menu. The staff here are so amazing they tried to recreate the Cuban sandwich. They did a wonderful job. Potbelly's will always be our #1 and only sandwich shop!!!
The best potbelly sandwich in old Town. Next to where TGI Fridays was when life was good and loaded potato skins were the only thing anyone ordered.
Delicious sandwiches and salads. The terrific bread and crisp outer/softer inner toasting of the sandwiches is what sets this restaurant apart, but do also take the time before ordering to study the menu board and their salads -- a nice selection - which they'll adjust to your liking, of course. A cozy environment, too. A favorite place.
I have been coming to Old Town potbelly for a year now. I love there yummy food, but most of all I love the way that the cashier Yesenia treats me and all whom she serves. Always with a smile and her face and makes sure that I have everything I need, drink, and cookie. She is the typenof employee any employer should want. She's a wonderful ypung lady, thank you for always giving me and everyone a smile every single time :) keep up the great work.
Great place for a quick sandwich for lunch. I love the order ahead and then pick up option for when I'm in a rush. I haven't ventured too far off the 'traditional' sandwiches, but everything I've had has been great
