Fast, Friendly, and Clean!. Went here on a Friday evening for a little late night snack - JJ's is a staple sub shop in the DFW area.

Parking can be pretty sparse in the area depending on the night, buy JJ's does have a few spots reserved for their customers right outside their door. The shop was VERY clean, it's the first thing that struck me when I strolled in.
The employees behind the counter were very friendly and were willing to hold a bit of a conversation. My sandwich was made in less than two minutes, and boy was it PACKED with meat and condiments.
Sorry guys, I don't know a ton of synonyms to "good" and "fresh"...but everything tasted fresh to me! They really piled on the meat and toppings, the sandwich would barely close, and that's not a bad thing! The JJ Gargantuan is basically a meat sub loaded with about five different kinds of meat. No brown lettuce, tomato's were crispy, and the sub was dang good. They did make a mistake on my order - asked for no onions, I saw in the register "no onion"...so of course they put onions on it.
I would go back to JJ's again, but another mistake in my order might be enough for me to avoid them, as the gap between them and subway has closed (they were MUCH better than Subway at one time). A "like" from me for now.
Amazing. Delicious sandwiches. Good, cheap "day old bread". My botfriend can eat there and actually be full :)
Love Jimmy John’s Addison! Friendly staff and super- quick delivery! I’ve experienced nothing but kindness. Clean, neatly kept, and organized restaurant. Courteous drivers. Sandwiches are always DELICIOUS and made attentively to order. Their BBQ chips are my favorite! My family’s go- to sandwich shop in Addison and for home delivery. (Ignore the negative reviews. Every restaurant has an off day and experiences staff shortages on occasion. Show a little grace, maybe.) Thanks, JJ’s!

Fast delivery and fresh bread. The sandwich was good. The app didn't cooperate to do the order so I had to go through the internet but that wasn't a big deal.

This Jimmy John's deserves a way higher rating. The employees are friendly happy people doing a good job making decent sandwiches. Service was great. People expect way too much from small places these days. Bought food during lunch rush on a Friday.
food took over an hour to get to me after I placed an order. 1:08 to 2:12. This store is like 3 blocks away. Shame.

I don't know if the place got a new manager, retrained staff or what, but I can't in good conscience leave this one star review up. This store earned my review being changed to a solid 5 stars this morning.
I placed an order at 10:55, and by 11:10 my food was to me. Fantastic improvement, maybe I ordered at high time last time, who knows, who cares. Great delivery time! food was good, won't win a hells kitchen episode or whatever, but pretty good.
I love the bread wish my simple turkey sandwich #4 wasn't so expensive hell make it with the day ol bread still love it the same but you should definitely make it more cops on me for the simple sandwiches
I only get delivery from this location. They have always been very quick. Dinner time is obviously a little slower but I've never waited longer than 25 minutes. Food quality is quite good (considering it's fast food). Tuna on wheat is really good! I would give 5 stars but they can't seem to understand when I ask for "No ice" in my drink.

Usually this store gets my orders right. Today, they called to let me know my bread (7-grain) wouldn't be ready for a while (30-45 min). I let them know I was in no rush and that I could wait for it. My sandwich showed up 30 min later, but was on white.
Not a huge deal, but was worth a mention, in that, if I do something wrong, I like to know so I can do it better next time. So I submitted feedback using their online contact form. What I was pleasantly surprised about was, corporate called back. They simply wanted to confirm the issue, and to apologize. I consider that, well, professional. Thank you!
We all have our reason for leaving the reviews we do. I would just like to say that this location is GREAT, everytime we order it shows up quickly and is always fresh. Thanks to everyone at this location for always being so friendly and doing their BEST .
