First time visiting chips old-fashioned hamburgers in Dallas. The food was very good. The restaurant lacked a bit in cleanliness. But that may be due to the large lunch rush. The staff was friendly and the food came out quickly. I would recommend this place. We did not try the hamburger because we love the fish and chips that we have tried at the PLANO location.

Giving it 5 stars based on the menu alone. Can't wait to try more. My one gripe was with the chicken strips, which are really good except a couple of them were too thick. Which I'm sure some people like, but they just don't cook as well as the thinner strips. Fries were good. Shoestring onions were good, and my gf enjoyed the fried green tomatoes w/homemade ranch. Baked potato with pulled pork was awesome. Good comfort food. Oh, and the rice crispy treats remind me of my grandmother's. Great service, nice atmosphere. Thumbs up. We'll be back.
One of the best burgers in Dallas! I highly recommend getting their shoestring onion fries, they are super tasty! You should get a quarter pound patty as well! Reasonably priced and solid!
Great food, but the guy taking orders was unfriendly and acted as if was bothered by having take your. It really made for an unpleasant experience. A welcoming impression upon entering the business makes patrons spend more.
Not only are their burgers excellent, but their chicken tenders (and especially the house-made honey mustard!) are as good as it gets. You order at the counter but the staff is great about bringing you your food and checking on you to see if they can bring you anything else.
The best Philly-cheese-Steak I’ve every had. Bar far!!! The shoe string onion rings are right up there with it. Incredible. This time was the spud w ribeye and au juice and killer chicken nachos

Chip's has been a favorite of ours for many years. We have had nothing but great food and great service everytime we visit. One of my favs is the Pork Trucker Tater, it's a big a$$ loaded potato w/ shredded pork. The onion rings are like onion strings-super crispy and yummy. I would dare to say they're known for their poppy seed bun, it just gives your burger a different vibe!
