This is the best Panera Bread I've ever eaten in. The service was friendly from the guy who took our order to the man running food to our table. They even asked if there was anything else we needed. That is unheard of for a Panera Bread. I would definitely recommend this location if you're in the area. The Southwest Chili Lime salad is my favorite!
Service was great. The guy who took my order set off the tone by being phenomenal and happy. That brightened my day.
Then it just made my way in experience wonderful.
I will be sticking to this specific Panera Bread location whenever I’m in town.
Haven't really been disappointed at this location; food is pretty good, service is nice, prices are ok (maybe a little higher), restaurant has always been fairly clean. Only complaint I could have is sometimes the employees aren't as considerate as they could be about being aware of the customers. Overall, I do like this location and go back fairly regularly.
New Panera with a drive through. Convenient locations. The team is still new and tend to always have run out of key ingredients. With that said, the staff apologize and what I do order is always made correctly and tastes great!
Great place for organics, bulk foods and holistic products. Staff always friendly and helpful. Great bags for sustainability,if you not have one or forgot yours, boxes are available.
I go to Panera Bread a lot. Several times per week. I go to 4 or 5 different locations in the Dallas-Forth Worth Area.
Dionte from the Dallas location on Preston & Forest Lane provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at any Panera location.
First off he has a terrific attitude and is just a very friendly person. You can’t teach attitude or friendliness. You either have or it you don’t.
The thing that really impressed me with Dionte was that he was the first Person from Panera to actually explain how the Rewards Program works.
He noticed that I had 3 Rewards accounts and he was the first person to tell me that 2 of those accounts have special discounts. I usually tell the person to just put it on the 1st reward account that they see.
However, Dionte pointed out that my other accounts had a lot more rewards and discounts than the 1st one so that was impressive attention to detail.
He also pointed out on the receipt that it will tell you how many visits I have until my next reward.
Dionte needs to train other employees on how to explain the reward system. He is a special employee. I own a retail business with multiple locations and I know when I see elite customer service. Thank you for taking such pride in what you do Dionte.
Always fresh food friendly service and clean space.. can't post a picture of my sandwich and salad because I ate it.... but it was AMAZING

Dionte gave me excellent customer service for my whole visit and made me smile on a stressful day! Restaurant is clean and quiet and all the staff are awesome
