The drive thru girl with red hair is rude terrible customer service closed window on me few times. But the gentleman Z who is there helped me and was very sweet amazing customer services he should be the main drive thru person he is welcoming and cares for the customers needs and questions and always says have a great day with a drive on his face! Thank you Z 😊
The only time I ever go to this particular Whataburger is either on a Friday or Saturday after a late night out and coming back North from somewhere South.
Sometimes it's slow-ish but not super slow like some other locations. I don't usually have issues from this location and as always just love me some Whataburger, food always tasty.
Frequent visitor of this Whataburger and they never fail! Service is always good and food is always hot given that for some reason they are never packed like the other Whatsbugers I encounter. I’m unsure of the differences but tonight my drive thru attendant, Deniqua , provided EXCELLENT customer service. Lord when I thought customer service had died she revived it. So sweet and articulate, and when I arrived at the window she was even sweeter. I forgot to ask for my checkout attendants name but he as well was very sweet and put a smile on my face!

I read an article that this Whataburger was the best in DFW…and they are the best! I live closer to other Whataburgers but avoid them. This one is definitely the best with food and service. I always stop here whenever I’m in the area.
This location has consistent Whataburger quality and the service is quite good. Typically you get attended to as soon as you get to the counter. Tried the onion rings once, Sonic makes those way better.
The cashier acted like he had better things to do than take our order. Ive worked fast food. Yeah you're bored and it sucks but you NEVER make the customer feel like you are better than helping them. 🙄
I went close to midnight on a Friday. The young gentleman taking payments and delivering orders outside at the drive thru was a star. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The manager came out to make sure I was ok too and shook my hand. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Service was fast too! This is my new favorite Whataburger location. 10/10.
I ordered my food on the app, room about 7 minutes driving to the location and it was ready as soon as I walked in. Fries were perfect and actually salted. The staff was also really friendly and treated me like another person and not an order number.
My food is always fresh, but not necessarily hot pet say. Immediately edible, but not hot.
