Howdy folks, eating Taco Joint is like eating honey straight from the beehive. Delicious yet horribly dangerous. I don't know about you but, by the time I realize I'm already full I've already finished a Great Gordo and am halfway through two tacos when my throat starts to clog with egg and my arms begin to flail wildly for the nearest beverage. Through bacon muffled screams and no small amount of damage to my digestive track I lick my plate clean and then weigh the consequences of going back through the line to order more... Indeed there are few finer restaurants in Dallas with such delicious offerings but if I have to die somewhere, it's gonna be Taco Joint!... Anyways I'll be by soon to try y'all's food challenge, stay thirsty my friends!
Great service and even better tacos! Family friendly place, even saw dogs on the patio. Will definitely be back!!
This place has ice cold draft beer in Miller, Tupps brewery, Dos Equis, and Pacifico. The burritos and tacos were very delicious! Taco Joint supports the Lakewood community and it shows. Come and eat here as soon as you can. Highly recommend 👌!!
We usually go here after soccer practice. Great place for friends and kids to get together. Service is great, food is good. They need to improve in their speaker and seating inside.

Casual, no frills taco spot with a dependable menu and quick kitchen. Please.tubof space to handle rushes and to go orders. Full bar with great margaritas, frozen or rocks.
Always delicious food and great service! Went for my birthday lunch with some friends. It was their first time going and they really enjoyed it.
I love this place. The fish tacos (and accompanying sauce) are fantastic. The atmosphere is much more comfortable than many of the similar restaurants I’ve patronized. I highly recommend Taco Joint Lakewood.
Kinda dark inside but the food more than makes up for it. Great prices and amazing portion sizes. Probably one of the best breakfast burritos I’ve ever had! And their happy hour is the best!!
A little bit of flies around the inside.. but honestly its summer here in Texas so flies are everywhere. The food is amazing and affordable. The outside patio is great. Plus the bar is pretty fun to hang out at after work and have a drink or two. I definitely recommend trying this place if you haven't been here before. It may just become your next favorite Tex Mex place.
Mmm mm good! I went for tacos and was not disappointed. The drinks are good as well, small but good. I love the outdoor patio especially at night. Lively yet intimate atmosphere. I will be back!
The service was great and the atmosphere was cool. The tacos were good too. A little expensive but well cooked. Overall, a pleasant experience.
