Company gathering of 10 for the holidays. Our waiter was very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable he handled the larger party very well. Everything came out of the kitchen within minutes of each other. The food was authentic cooked to order and priced reasonably. Those warm, homemade soft tortillas were amazing! Several people got the nachos both chicken and beef and let’s just say there were no leftovers 😊 I had a simple cheese quesadilla but it was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere and decor leave a little bit to the imagination and could use some updating.
The ceviche was delicious. My salmon dish was yummy as well. The vegetables were fresh and the portion was pretty big. Maybe a tiny bit pricey but the staff was really friendly and professional

Food is amazing!! We always receive top notch service! Love the fresh tortillas being made in the open.
Had the chicken enchilada dinner and it was perfect. The chicken was tender and the sauces spectacular. Service was with a smile and right there when you needed them. Margarita was a winner too!

We wanted some good Mexican seafood! And we got it! I had the fish caldo yuuuummmm! It was very tasty! Highly recommend! My sis had the brisket tacos! Not greasy at all and also so yummy!! Salsas were also both delicious the warm one was my favorite 😋
The good: the food was wonderful, even though my wife’s tenderloin was over cooked, the taste quantity, and quality were there…the beer was served in a frosty mug. The not so good: our server was terrible. I had to ask the manager who was walking by to get him, and still get up and hunt him down to do anything. He was playing on his phone. Paying $50 for a late lunch and having to chase the server was very frustrating! 4 stars because of the food, NOT the service!
The Seafood is very fresh! I really enjoyed the handmade flour tortillas and the seafood fajitas! The shrimp cocktail was Mexican style and flavorful. The service was great!

It's been a couple of years since the last time we visited La calle 12 and yet it was just as I remembered. The decor hasn't changed that much. They added a couple of things like the "Sacred Heart of Jesus" on the wall (in good taste not the sun bleached picture you usually find in Mexican restaurant) the music was at nice level, meaning you don't need to yell over to hear the other people at your table. The food presentation was superb, it looked appetizing. We ordered 1/2 dozen oysters and a spinach quesadilla. Which were plenty for 2 people. (Portions were good) a margarita, a micheladas and a 🌺 hibiscus🌺 infused water ( highly recommended) the margarita was too strong for my taste but It gave me a nice buzz.
I would definitely recommend, bring a date or come with your family.
This is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. The owners and staff are great! The food is great and the menu has a variety of options. Their grilled shrimp nachos and margaritas are the best.🍹
