Service was wonderful. Our server had an uplifting and positive attitude. We ordered drinks and appetizers. Pretzels were warm and crispy. Queso tasted fabulous. Cheese curds were hot, crunchy, and delicious. We also had a cheese board that was just fantastic. The building was neat. Old. Vintage. That might have been why the temp was warmer than I would have liked it. Great time!
Great place to watch Premier League games. It's a Manchester United bar all the way. I went to watch the game last weekend. Amazing service and atmosphere. Great crowd.
The service here is excellent no matter who you talk to. Raul and Nas are great servers and Brian and Ashton are fantastic behind the bar. Not a bad thing on the menu but the chicken fingers are top tier.
This pub is awesome!!! My first time here and the staff was awesome. The GM Chad made sure that I was well taken care of and sat down and talked with me. The pub is a great traditional style pub with all the modern amenities. If you like watching sports they have some nice big screens. If you want a dark corner to enjoy time alone with the that special someone they have that too. They serve great food and drinks. They have a large selection of beers and spirits. Outdoor patio with fire pit. Upstairs bar room and balcony that's really laid back. You can get whatever you want at this pub. Be sure you stop by and drop some cash here and be sure to tip the staff as they are wonderful. You won't regret it. I highly recommend this place.
Absolutely love this place!! The bartenders are kind and passionate and make you feel at home! Have watched multiple football (aka soccer) matches here and loved the crowd and service every single time!!!
A fun place for non match days as well.. The music is great and absolutely love the British pub atmosphere!
This is a nice little spot on McKinney Ave. They are spinning great tunes, serving good food, and very good and reasonable cocktails. Dog friendly patio for the 4 legged friends with 2 fire pits.
I had a taste for fish and chips and Blackfriar Pub came up so I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised. They gave you 3 large battered fish over a plate of steak fries, with sides of tartar sauce and lemon. The fish was thick and meaty and perfectly battered and fried. Not overdone and not underdone. Just juicy and perfect. The steak fries were a hit too, right on the mark. The tartar sauce was home made and spot on. This place is not gourmet but I got exactly what I came for and the quality and quantity was spot on. They had an indoor seating area and an extensive outdoor seating area. Everyone around me seemed to be enjoying their spirits. Overall I would recommend to my friends.
Went while it was slow which is my personal favorite and the atmosphere is that of an Irish pub. Bartender helped in choosing new drinks to try, and he was a cool dude in a lot of ways. Surprised at how low the bill was.
Loved it, came for the Man U v Arsenal game and the vibes were great with good people. Cold beer and the appetizer we had, the loaded fries, was really good.
Great place with very friendly and awesome staff. Onlyy downside is they host the Alabama watch parties lol.
