Came here for breakfast with my family, there were 14 of us and the service was very good. The food came out quickly and everything was delicious. I got the eggs nest and that was tasty. The restaurant is inside the W hotel and looked very nice too. They also offer happy hour so I’ll come back to visit.
I ate breakfast here and the American Breakfast was delicious! The pork jalapeño sausage and the crispy potatoes were amazing! I also had a pecan pancake that was made perfectly!
I hate to see all of these bad reviews because I always have a great time at Cook Hall. The server was very attentive and flexible for us picky eaters. The omelette was huge and delicious! Lastly the lemon curd pancakes werw very tasty. I think this is a great place, with a awesome vibe and even better food.
Nikki with the save, I mean the Farm Chicken dinner was awesome.... But the after dinner adult beverages rocked, Nikki knew the right time to refresh the cocktail to perfection. I recommend her Old Fashion!
Wow wow wow! My friends and I went to cook hall for dinner and everything was fantastic. The food and drinks were excellent but the service was the staff was exceptional! We were there celebrating my friends birthday and we felt like VIPs. I highly recommend this spot! 5 stars for everything! Some of my favorites: old fashioned, charcuterie, truffle macaroni and cheese, flank steak and butterscotch pudding!
This restaurant is in the W Hotel in Victory Park. It is directly across the street from the American Airlines Center, in the heart of Dallas. The food is great. The drinks are great. The decor is nice. The hotel is definitely trendy and brings in affluent guests. The reason it gets 5 stars is because of the staff. Michael is an excellent executive chef. The wait staff...Louis, Nathan, Art, and Roberto are amazing! Nissi the host is a welcoming fresh face and smile. I live next door and come here often. I highly recommend the hotel and this restaurant. Attention to detail and impeccable service!
I see allot of bad reviews about service. First off, rate the food. Comment about service when its comically bad. Don't comment about service when it's just slow, or you don't get your drink refilled instantly, divas.
Had the kale salad with chicken, chicken soup and the butterscotch pudding. The butterscotch pudding is worth writing about, creamy and flavorful. Great place to eat before a Stars game, especially so because a bunch of unnecessarily bad reviews make this place empty when other places are overflowing before the game.
The food was delicious. Nathan was the best server I've ever had. Niecey was professional and friendly, great hostess. The public service attendant (I believe her name is Consuela) kept the entire area clean and in 5 star condition. Will definitely be coming back.
We have been there a few times for both dinner and breakfast. We like it. While the breakfast menu is the usual sort of stuff the dinner menu is what makes this place shine. The duck tacos are excellent as is the arugula salad. The deviled eggs with crab meat in them are quite good also the their macaroni and cheese is wonderful. The service has always been outstanding as well. Go in expecting to try something different and you won't be disappointed.
I really had fun at this place, the food is outstanding, and also the bathrooms were ok. It was a little chilly indoors, so that was not perfect. The atmosphere is good. I will absolutely think about going back again if I ever land the chance. Me and also my pal purchased the special and also we were not dissatisfied. My one suggestion is to maintain the cool exterior. Peace!
