Our first visit to this location exceeded our expectation. We arrvied around 10 am during Thanksgiving break and were pleasantly surprised that we could be seated right away. Our waitress Katie was very attentive and made every effort to make our visit enjoyable. Although eggs are not sold a la carte on the menu, she was able to get me an order for a reasonable price and my son indulged in the Trifecta. Our meal was brought out quickly and it tasted amazing! If you are visiting the outlets or live in the Cypress area you shoukd stop in for breakfast or brunch!

This was our first time at this First Watch. The layout of the restaurant nice and roomy.. PARKING WAS EFFORTLESS. that's always important when dining.
The food was good as usual. The salad was fresh and herty. The broccoli cheese soup was savory. The club sandwich was delicious.
An industry trainer in (Houston TX) town told me not to miss First Watch. From entering the location (awesome staff!) through every last bite of the fare, I was treated to a bonanza of mouthwatering delights—and i only got to two delicious selections.
The chikichanga comes with small fruit, some Vera Cruz cream-style sauce which strikes citrus notes (yum!), and sour cream. It is pure delight!
The $1,000,000 bacon is like catnip for bacon lovers! My enjoyment just tripled upon discovering that they have locations local to the Delmarva region. I hit the Houston location up for an encore in day two and it was again thoughtfully prepared—a filling and enjoyable breakfast by all accounts.
Very good. My breakfast sandwich was delicious. I was not a huge fan of my husband's turkey sandwich, then again, it was a turkey sandwich... The butternut squash soup is delicious as well as the seasoned potatoes (sides).

Got the traditional breakfast and it was splendid. Debbie took great care of me and my wife and she was so friendly and accommodating especially with me being on crutches from a surgery. Great place to start the day.
Ingrid was an amazing server. The manager whom I did not get the name of has great communication skills and my kids loved her, so much that my oldest wanted to take a picture with her (very odd but oh well, kids). 110% recommend this place!
Great food and Amazing server Julescia. She gave us a sample of juice just to make sure i like it. Very thoughtful. Food was on time and delicious. Ask for her if you’re ever visiting.
