When it comes to finding a place to eat in Corvallis that really tastes divine, del Alma is definitely the one. Always delicious, incredible food, local ingredients, professional and friendly service, and a romantic atmosphere. This place is worth every penny. The menu changes, which lets you enjoy different flavors. Their bread is interesting and scrumptious and the tapas are a yummy treat. Always look forward to special occasions at del Alma!
It was a wonderful b-day dinner. This plate was a surprise gift from the restaurant. Thank you so much.
Awesome food and great ambiance. We shared a selection of Tapas. We especially loved the Tequila Prawns, Hazelnut Picadillo "Crunch Wrap" and the Beef Tenderloin Pinchos.
This spot is worth trying. They serve large portions for fair rates. Constantly well organized and with fantastic character. Will come back again.
great bartender and selection of mixed drinks with a pretty extensive wine list. the food was really good with quite colourful choices.
We had the Wednesday special where you choose a tapas, entrée, and dessert.
Starters — This soup was sooooo good!!! Very soft and smooth yet not overly thick. The foam on top went really well with th rest of the soup, adding some air to the creaminess.
Main dish was good too - the meat was pretty salty so had to be balanced with others on the plate like the beans and guacamole. Guacamole on this dish was DELISH. Much better than the bacon guacamole they offer as their tapas menu.
Dessert- loved the creme brûlée. Its earl grey so if u dont enjoy the tea’s unique scent/taste, this dessert may not be for you. Personally it was a mix of my two favorites — earl grey tea and creme brûlée.
Wine - their selection of wine is diverse. Ask for recommendations & try some out before ordering one for the night. :)
Overall— worth the price, esp with the Wednesday special dinners.
Latin American food, excellent. Quick, helpful, and friendly service. Prices were fair.
