Everything we ordered was hot and fresh and the order was exact. The service was good. I think the lazy people at Popeyes should take a lesson. My only complaint is the steak and cheese was horrible. I was looking forward to trying it it's a cross between beef jerky and cat food pretty much no cheese not much for peppers and onions and these thick wet Pieces of meat. But that's not the fault of the people working there. Just do yourself a favor and do not order that thing
The crew here is awesome. I ordered the five dollar box once before and the young black skinny man with the really long dreads remembered that I got ranch. I ordered two the next time I didn't even ask for it and there were ranch packets in there. This crew cares. They are so friendly fast and professional thank you for all that you do. And to the young man. Thank you thank you thank you!
I ordered the bacon ranch waygu burger and chicken bacon ranch loaded fries. Everything was delicious and the staff was hard working during a busy afternoon rush.
The staff was amazing! There is usually a wait while at Arby's, and the woman in the drive-through made it great! The only issue I had was how sloppy my chicken wrap was. It looked like it had been thrown together in the middle of a tornado blindfolded with super thick gloves on. There was way too much sauce on it as well. It looked more like something you get on a late night trip to McDonald's rather than something from an Arby's. It was still good. Just messy and difficult to handle (the chicken kept trying to fall out).
The restaurant was not busy, the service was slow. My daughter ordered the new burger the beef was little under cooked. The manager told me that meat supposed to look like that. I think it was too raw looking.
The food was delicious. I didn't want a huge meal, so the slider was just right. I love the crinkle fries.

I don't know when things changed here, but they changed for the better. Great service this time. We received our food in a timely manner, and the fries and sandwiches were actually hot! Another family rang the bell while we were there, and we rang it too. I just wish that staff would come out from behind the counter and clean the tables more often.
As usual food was fresh, service area, dining room, and restrooms were clean. Friendly smiling staff. Love this Arby's
Arby's new fish and fries is a plus for my daughter. She really enjoyed the combo. We will visit Arby's again.
