my husband and I went into the Columbus subway on sunday, as we walk in we were greeted very nicely. 2 younger kids, one young man with a green shirt and a younger lady with a black subway shirt. They made the food fast and quick with great customer service. while we ate inside there was a older gentleman that was struggling to get out his car and while walking to the front door is was having a hard time getting up the step/ being able to open the door. The younger kid in the green shirt walked over to the door and assisted the older gentleman inside the building. Some of the best customer service i’ve witnessed. All of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Recommend this place to anyone!!
I stop frequently at this location. As with any fast food restaurant, friendliness can depend on the staff at work, but I must comment about a 40'ish year old man working there on a recent busy lunch rush. I wish I knew his name. He was amazing taking care of different customers with different hands flawlessly. He was like a sandwich octopus (in a GREAT way!) I wanted to talk to him and compliment him when I was done eating, but he was still busy, lots of customers, and multitasking, so I didn't want to distract him. I hope I recognize him again!!!! He is the BEST Subway employee I have ever experienced.
Just tried the new Ultimate Garlic Bread sandwich. Super tasty, though a 6 in for me would have been more than enough. Definitely going to try the steak version next time I'm in, even if it's a little pricey for my liking.
My salad order was accidentally made wrong. She quickly remade the salad and then was compelled to buy my salad for making me wait a little while longer(no big deal). I refused having her pay for it as people make mistakes...but it was a great gesture and appreciated!
Very clean, efficient, and friendly. This was a great Subway to visit! Can eat al fresco too!!
Just took bus load of students here for a fast supper on our way to UW Madison Band Concert. They did awesome and served us quickly. Thank you! We will be back next year!
