I never really make reviews for any place but this one worker, i don’t know her name but she has tattoos, she was sooo nice she absolutely made my day, i wish i could tell her. I love the service i’m def coming back to this branch !!
I wish they had the staff they needed to be a lil more efficient but the place was clean and the donuts were so yum! They were soft... Fresh... And perfectly filled and topped... Which with the location i was concerned about all that... But very pleased! Although the parking lot is damn near in shambles.. There are more holes in it.. Than donut holes in the store!
Tim Hortons this morning Northern Lights. They got a great thumbs up this morning. I give them five stars for great service. Their customer service was wonderful. I really appreciate it this morning. They got my coffee tasting just right and they offered things that I didn’t even ask for to go with my total. Thanks Tim Hortons Northern Lights.
For the past couple months everything becoming out of it's important has been fresh and hot. In the past I got to still donut in the coffee wasn't that tasty but it must be new management around. So thank you for having my coffee hot and ready.
Contrary to some other experiences listed, I was really blown away by the customer service at this location. I got exactly what I ordered and it was delicious. When my friends who do not speak English as their first language needed help understanding the menu, the person behind the counter was very patient and explained everything while they decided. Someone also offered to turn the volume on the television down when we were having some conversation practice. I appreciate how accommodating everyone there was!
TBH, I hadn't been here in a while because it wasn't good the last time I was here a couple years back. On this visit everything was much better. Good, prompt service, very fresh food. Will definitely go here again!
The girl who was taking orders did not seem very interested in her job or seem to like her job maybe?? so the drink that I ordered was not complicated hard or anything there was one girl who was very helpful and very friendly and made the best caramel macchiato I'm had ever.
