The woman manager who was working the line by herself last night was great. Fast and efficient and tried her best to keep things going and get us out which was appreciated. Thank you chipotle for the yummy food and amazing service could use more employees working though so a manager doesn't have to be working a line solely.

Despite rude customers that come in from time to time to bother them, this location has some of the friendliest and hardest working staff. There is a man who worked today 6/14/23 at 12 pm when I went, who works the line and greets you when you first walk in. He is often here and is always uber friendly, overtly kind and attentive. He does a thorough job and is always exceedingly positive. There is also a girl with red hair who does to go orders/ pickup line a lot behind the register and she is nice as well. Thanks to this location for always being worth the visit!
Much better than my first visit here. Both times everything went excellent other the cashier the first visit. There is parking and easy access to the store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable the store is clean the food was always hot both visits! I usually go to West 5th Avenues location but I live in Victorian Village so this location on North High and star is very convenient and they're happy to see you and it just an overall welcoming friendly experience.
The food was super fresh...but not fresher than my boy Latreel! I'm Celiac and he took extra care to wash his hands and change gloves to ensure my safety, and he did so while dancing and smiling and providing top notch service! That guy deserves a raise!

Lately every time I go to chipotle I nearly break my teeth on the rice because it is so undercooked but this location was perfect. If the wait was not so unbearably long I would've rated 5 stars.
A great chipotle with decent food and great service but it is always packed with ppl because of convenience location near campus.
Just love this place. Great food.. Pick what you like and even if you have a big appetite you still getting your money's worth.
The food is always excellent here compared to other Chipotle's however I did get double charged by what seem to be a new employee about a week ago. I called in and actually spoke to that employee who said to bring in my receipt the following day to get a refund which I was not able to do with my schedule. I stopped in about 4 days later and to my surprise one of the employees recognized me and mentioned to the manager without me asking that I had been double-charged and so I received my meal for free that night which really blew my mind considering I didn't even ask! So here's to that employee and all the others for the excellent service and the great tasting food and keep it up guys!!!
My wife and I stopped in for chipotle bowls and drinks. The restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms. The staff preparing our orders were very fast and very attentive to all that we wanted. The cashier girl was very friendly and helpful. A very delightful dining experience!!
