I had my daughter's 6th birthday party here. Very cool cozy place. Big enough to play safely but not too big to get lost. Very Covid 19 friendly. I'm sorry I can't think of her name right now, but the person who was there was awesome! Even helped me with the set up and clean up. I'd recommend to anyone and I would definitely go back.
Love going to Peapod...but having a toddler's birthday party there is AWESOME!! No stress, adults can relax, kids play, adorable touches and great hospitality from the sweet owner❤❤❤
We had my son's third birthday party here yesterday and I cannot recommend Peapod enough! The staff was so helpful and on top of everything, from pre-party planning and follow up, to setting up decorations and "running" the party. Event planning is not my favorite and so they really helped to make the party stress free and we could actually enjoy spending time with guests! The space and set up is great for a party and the chalkboard design was adorable. Price was reasonable as well. Highly recommend!
We hosted our daughter's 3rd birthday party at Peapod Play Cafe. I wanted a Trolls theme because she is a huge fan. Both Alisha and Rachael worked with me to make our dreams a reality. They decorated a fantastic cake table and ordered me an absolutely gorgeous cake. I highly recommend getting the party planning package. It makes it so easy to be able to show up and have everything set up and so meticulously planned. They had these adorable gift boxes with Trolls themed goodies and centerpieces as well. The play area is large and spacious my three year old and my one year old played in there and I did not have to worry about constantly supervising them. I highly recommend this venue for having a birthday party. They did a wonderful job and I thank them :)
1st visit today & my daughter absolutely loved it! Nice layout & very clean. I do however wish that...1. The hours for public play were more accommodating...2. The play equipment had grips on stairs to prevent slipping...and 3. That there was more food options. Overall though, very satisfied.
It's a great space for little kids to run around. The toys are a little worn and some do not function but my one and half year old didn't really care if a button didn't produce any results. He was taken with the shopping cart, and train set and enjoyed the cafe immensely.
I stopped in at the peapod cafe for the first time yesterday and while we missed the rush of kids in the morning and no other kids were there mine had a great time. The woman who was running it was wonderful with them and very attentive and playful. The space is clean and well organized. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!!!
We had a wonderful experience here. The staff were very helpful, the place was safe, clean and my son had a blast. I'd definitely recommend having a party here or even just taking your child to play during playtime.
I've been bringing my son here for years, and I can't believe I've never reviewed. This is easily my favourite play cafe in Columbus. There's a huge play space with structures to climb, a slide, and lots of items for imaginative play from a stocked ice cream truck and kitchen, to a variety of costumes. A train table, magnet wall, and a variety of toys for kids of all sizes. The cafe area is clean with lots of outlets for electronic charging and laptops, with well-priced and HEALTHY snacks and drinks, and coffee and tea for the adults (the chai latte is to die for). Best of all, the owner is very nice and attentive, and makes sure everyone feels welcome. Something I love best of all is that at other cafe's kids can run wild without a worker ever interfering, even if they're bullying or hurting other kids. The owner here manages to break up any problems and make sure everyone is happy. I can't recommend it more highly!
I really enjoy taking my children to Pea Pod Play Cafe. The Coffee is good and the food is very healthy and delicious( the turkey and hummis panini are extraordanary). The store owner is extremely nice and is very interactive with both the children and the parents. Pea Pod also offers Jenis Ice Cream, and if you have ever tried it; you know it is worth the drive to get it. My daughter (5 years old) really enjoys coming to pea pod and asks virtually every day to go. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends with children and have done so on many occasions in the past. I also had a baby shower at this location and could not have asked for a better place to let the kids play while the adults socialized.
