I ordered a 4pc dark meal because I was told it would cost more for just the chicken only by $5 a piece of chicken which was a crock because I was there about 3wks ago and got a 5pc chicken only for $7.99. Anyways I don’t live by this KFC, but got all the way home my chicken is dry and hard as a brick! Now who in the hell can eat this mess??? And I can’t even go back to complain. No wonder there was nobody there buying anything. Close this facility down. Ridiculous and unacceptable
The chicken is okay, but I think that's all KFCs. But the reason I gave this place 4 stars is because of the service. Every time I go, everyone is so nice and friendly. Even when the drive-thru line is long, they still have a smile on their face and are happy to serve you.
Average KFC food, which we only order once per year. The dining room was closed (still), so we had to use the drive-thru. Huge bummer to home and find zero butter or honey packets for the biscuits!! Apparently, if you don't ask for them, you won't get them.

My Sister and I got the Bowl Meal and added 2 Biscuit's a piece to our Bowl's. The Bowl's were really hot and fresh. But our Biscuit's were hard and you could definitely tell they weren't fresh. We had 4 Biscuit's with our order, so they should have been fresh. Smh.
Had to wait like 10 minutes because I came at a slow time but food was made fresh and hot
Today was the best kfc ive had from there in a while... sometimes it is hit or miss... the women taking our order, Elicia, was absolutely awesome! She got everything right and was super patient with our large order! I seriously left saying how much more awesome she made my experience!!!! She was the bomb.com and absolutely had wonderful customer service!!! I wish everyone had her customer service!
