Went through the drive thru. They we very nice. Food was the same as always.
Night shift is a MILLION times better with the “newer” night manager… the old one was so RUDE! This one is sweet as can be & always makes sure you’ve got the correct stuff in your bag… working graveyard shift I’m only ever here between midnight & 5am.. they’re super fast, food is fresh and hot. Can’t really complain!! Only sad thing is, some nights they don’t have apple pies.
Everytime l go to this location the food is always fresh, l think this location does the best out of many in Columbus.
Day crew is a 5* out of 5*. Night crew is a 2* out of 5*.
I just waited over 30 minutes in the drive through for a plain hamburger and a French fry. They still managed to get my order wrong. Also, I could see the large gentleman working the window was eating food while handling my food.. it's a shame. The day crew is awesome.

The coffee is always hot, I really like the brand McDonald's uses.I don't eat fast food but love their coffee
I always go to this McDonald's have always had good service. But this time when I went through the drive thru the guy taking the order has music up so loud I couldn't hear him and he couldn't hear me I did speak to the manager and let her know about it. The food was good as usual and the manager was very nice
Took our niece out for lunch. Fries were good and hot. And customer service was outstanding. Thank you for good quality service. I will be back soon.
There is a worker there by the name of Victoria. She is light skin.. she is awesome... she has a smile that makes u smile back... she very polite... don't rush you to do anything... ain't got to ask for a straw or sauce for your nuggets.. I look forward seeing her at the window... bump her pay and make her a manager or gm...
