Despite the restaurant being busy, our waiter did a great job. He was so friendly, attentive, and had the perfect personality for customer service. Our food was good and fresh. We'll visit this location again, even just to sit in that young man's section. I don't recall his name, unfortunately, but he had curly brown hair and mentioned being new to the breakfast shift. I wish him and that location the best!
We had the most awesome waiter ever I wish I could remember his name. I do know that he had kind of long dark curly hair. He gave us 100% excellent service. In the food was amazing.
Fast service and friendly staff. Food is always hot and tasty as usual. The restaurant and restroom was clean. Their milkshakes are off the chain good. Over time I think I've probably had everything on the menu at least one and never been disappointed. I recommend this place.

There burgers are good and fillings if your order them right ✅ 😋... My kiddo's and I love to go here. The service is good and prices are great! I only have 1 suggestion... the location on George's will Road wraps my burger with foil (on reguest)... I wish they did also. Other than that, I have no complaints. Frys are great and the additional free fries 🍟 makes it even better #extravauleforyourbuck 💰.
The food & the atmosphere was fine but they did get our order wrong and took a while, but it was still quite good
I love this restaurant the food is amazing and it's always made fresh to order. The milkshakes are the best. And no one beats the fries. The staff is always always always super nice and helpful. It's great for a quick bite or a nice gathering with friends. I very highly recommend this restaurant for a great meal in an awesome atmosphere!!!!!

Steak n' shake is always really good food for low prices. A favorite of mine is their Double Garlic Burger, which comes with fries. I also often order a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough milkshake. The drive through was super fast, they were really moving people through, and we got our food right away with no issues.
Ordered 3 shakes from the drive thru. They were as expected and consistent with past orders. Crew was friendly and service fast. It was difficult to determine if the dining room was open so I asked and it was—no customers or staff visible though.
I always use the drive thru. The line is not to long. Orders are always right and the most friendly workers. I would not suggest the dinning room. Kiosk only and no table service.

Slow service but the shakes are amazing... the ONLY reason I return because service is always slow here even if I am the only customer present at the time!
