As a former fast-food manager, it's a difficult to get a 5-star review from me. Been visiting this loation about once a week since moving close by. They have been consistently quick with service times in the drive-thru, the staff is always friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. I usaully go during the week during peak times to get the freshest menu items, and this place doesn't disappoint.
I tried their hush puppy coated fish for the first time it, was delicious. And I always enjoy the jamocha shake. I wish they still had the Arby Junior
I had the big game burger and it was great, the cherry steak sauce is pretty good on it.
The chicken nuggets are over breaded. The curly fries are great, and I love the orange shake.
As long as it's cooked fresh, I highly recommend the hush puppy breaded fish.
So, I am a rax person and when I go to any Arby's I feel I have to request my meat be cut thin. This location was like it is already cut. My daughter was like "mom, they know what they are doing"...but I was like "I'm good, I'll pass."
So my daughter frequents this spot as her PaPa lives out this way. She gets her sandwich...when I tell you not only do they do it right, they have beyond excellent customer service as well. The manager tried to tell me🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🥰🥰🥰 Definitely will be back, thank you all y'all 💞💙💞
I'm old enough to remember when the original roast beef was 5 for $5. Times have changed as they are now 4 for $10. But I will add that they were excellent - very tasty - just like I remembered and they didn't skimp on the beef.
It's a fast food restaurant but it is one of only three that I like and am a customer. This trip, the service was good as usual but the person at the drive-thru window (did not notice her name) was especially friendly and took time to chat just ever so little, I really liked that. I felt like more than a bag of food to be pushed through the window. Not what I usually experience at any place like this. What a nice treat.
The food was good. The curly fries were crispy and not mushy lol...just like I like them.
Also, the staff and manager were extremely friendly & positive in the speech & attitude.
On the down side, the bathroom is very similar to a gas station bathroom. Run down and a little dirty. The stall lock was busted.
I would definitely go back however as this was the only negative. Food was good!
Been to this location a few times, haven't had any of the issues the other reviewers seem to have had. Food is usually fresh and good, personal favorite is the roast beef and cheddar.
Don't forget the curly fries with cheese sauce either. Also they have surprisingly good mozzarella sticks.
