Love this Donatos had a long wait the last time but the guy at the window was so nice and generous it changed my mind about being upset and we got a free 2 liter! Customer service is all about the little things!
Update! Donatos has redeemed themselves! After the last bad experience I took a break from eating here and recently decided to give then another try. The food was fresh and delicious and there was no missing items!
Thought I posted that not sure this day....extra extra cheese I did not ask for, about a can of black olives overload. Pizza wasn't really cut. Maybe new person, maybe a mad person. I dont know but it was hilarious of what they served...but I ate it. It was good but will be off for a little. Ppl r messy and if u dont care of the quality, presentation...then you don't care. THAT speak volumes.
Waited at counter for about 5 minutes for someone to come and get my pizza then I had to yell for someone to come get my pizza.
Short of staff.. very slow how to cancel order only one person working
The pizzas were right on time on still hot. I could believe that I didn't have pay for Doordash and it was free they just have to pick up my order and deliver it. Plus they were short of drivers. But I thank you for doing that for us. I also gave a $10 tip. Thank you for helping us out and serving us.

I love donatos i have it at least once a week. This is my first time at this location. Dorian is incredible he was fast and paid attention to details on my order. The guys in the back had my food ready quickly. I will definitely be returning here again.
Every time I order from this Donatos they Always get it right! The pizza and subs are always on point! I am hooked on their cauliflower crust pizza now!
