Shake Shack Easton Town Center

Really hate that you can't order with a person. Long line waiting to get to a computer then we realize there has been an open computer for ten minutes but we couldn't see that far down. They should have lights on the wall to indicate open computers. There really is no service to rate. Fully self-serve. Luckily they do cook the food for you .. Until they figure out how to get us to do that, too. 😂 Fries are good. My teen son loved the veggie burger.

Shake Shack has finally hit Columbus, and a second location is forthcoming. There was already one in Cleveland, but for me, that's a three hour drive for some burgers and shakes. We were expecting a long wait given that it was Saturday evening and only their 6th day in operation, but it only took us 35 minutes to wait in line, order, and receive our food. The staff were extremely helpful. A young dude named Mohammad helped us find a table, wiped it down, and offered to get us some waters. Thanks, Mohammad! I'm always leery of jumping on hype trains, but I tried Shake Shack while in DC, and the hype is well deserved. I've never been to a NYC location, but the Columbus location lives up to my experience from DC. Their burgers are legit, and you're not going to find a better fried chicken sandwich anywhere. Sorry, Chick-fil-A loyalists. The fries start life frozen, but that's to be expected with crinkle cut fries. Although I'd prefer fresh cut fries, I'm not going to complain too much given that every batch is made to order, unlike some chains. *cough* McDonald's *cough* The fries were super crispy and delicious so, even though I prefer fresh cut, I was not disappointed. For those people complaining about the price, we ordered two single burgers, a chicken sandwich, two orders of fries, and two shakes which came to something like $34. I'm perfectly fine with that. If you're going to complain about the cost of dining out, go buy a box of Hamburger Helper. We will definitely go back!

Our first time in was on a Thursday night around 830. We ordered from the kiosk which was kind of confusing trying to select a “no cheese” option because we didn’t see one. I ended up selecting the “dairy food allergy” in hopes that would deter adding cheese. We waited probably 20 minutes for our food. My husbands burger came out with cheese on it, but the staff were very friendly and helpful in fixing our dilemma. My burger was cooked perfectly with a tiny hint of pink in the middle, super soft and juicy. Soft bun fresh veggies, and their signifier sauce is like a garlic-mayo blend. Our shakes were THICK and creamy and our fries were crispy and delicious. Besides the cheese our experience was good.

The line was long. But we only waited there for 20 minutes to make our order. The service was great no doubt. The food was fresh and delicious. Was my first time trying it ever. I tried the double burger and the chicken. I don’t recommend the chicken it’s just waste of money. But the double cheeseburger was awesome. Overall it’s way more expensive than any burger place I have ever visit. I paid $26 for two burger, cheese fries and milkshakes. I think shake shack is overpriced!!!

My fiancé and I absolutely loved everything we ordered! We went in for shakes, but ended up getting regular drinks and fries, too! The sugar cookie shake was amazing! The place was clean, and the staff was friendly. I will hopefully be going back tomorrow!
