I loved the Chicken Mariachi. Very nice and friendly staff.
Order a pizza & within 15 mins it was ready . So delicious one of the better pizzas I had in a long time . I was very happy with quality and taste great
In town for work and someone recommended this midwest pizza chain as a must have and it surely it didn't disappoint! Freshly made thin crust pizza with fresh ingredients and nicely seasoned👌
Donatos does have award winning pizza and decent service. I'm not particularly thrilled that you have to order through a central call center because they have limited information about each individual store. A lot of times, when you need the manager to address a concern/problem, you should be connected to the store, but if the store is busy, your call will not be picked up. Also, any refund you may need for any reason, the store itself is the only one that can initiate this; the call center doesn't have this ability, thus running into the problem of no call answered if the store is busy. Again, the food is delicious, and overall, the service is acceptable.
Pizza was super fresh and covered in toppings. Sooo good!!!

The food was phenomenal, hot and fresh. I love this Donatos!!! The staff are always so friendly when I come in.
Got the mariachi pizza. Thinner crust with jalapeños, tomatoes, beef and covered in a seasoning. Extremely good pizza.
I also got Chipotle wings (good), cookie (very good) and brownie (just ok).
Great place with great food. Loved the staff and the service, they took the time to explain the menu and offered to bring the food to my table for me. I’m very happy to have come here and I will be back again next time I am in the Obetz Ohio are.

Placed an order with penny over the phone, had a bajillion questions that she took extra care and time to answer. Astounding customer service. Definitely will be ordering here again 😊
We were pleased with out pizza, but we got a big don sub, that are no longer big well the price is they have changed there bun it’s like dons unwanted brother..we likes the real Big Don.come on Donatos….
