Had my first sub from here today, it was Awesome ! The bread was soft and fresh, so were the toppings ! So much flavor !
The service was amazing!! They helped out clearing my table and making sure we had everything we needed since I was eating lunch with my 3 year old and 1 year old! The food was great and store was clean!
Placed on-line order via the Fire House Subs App. No issues w/ the app ordering. Order was scheduled for pickup at 8:25pm. When I arrived at 8:23pm, they were in the middle of making the order. No problem but if I am expected to be there to pick the order up on time, I do expect it to be ready for pickup. Food was good except my daughter found a small black hair on her sub. I told her she's ate worse w/o knowing what she ate. And while I was waiting on my order, I saw an employee vaping in the back room. Not cool!

It was my first time ordering food at Firehouse Subs. However, the experience was quite a letdown. The associate at the counter did not give us too warm of a welcome. Our sandwich orders were missing pickles, there were no veggies on our subs, the wheat bread was rather too dry, and it seemed as though the subs were somewhat too small. Even with small subs, there was not really enough flavor packed into them to justify the price tag.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed in my expectations about Firehouse Subs in general.
EDIT: After the disappointing experience I had the first time about a couple of years ago, I returned to this location, and I was amazing at the different experience I had with Firehouse Subs. The Hero Sub and the Hook and Ladder subs were plentiful of toppings, there was a lot of meat and cheese, and the wheat bread was very soft and easy to bite into. Definitely a lot of flavor built into the subs, and sure, there was a bit of a wait, but the wait was well worth it! The staff was very friendly and gave us a pleasant experience there.
Thank you so much for allowing me to give you guys a second chance. I have had a change of heart and finally would recommend people try out the amazing subs that Firehouse Subs have to offer!
Madison and Scotty were awesome. They were extremely nice and got my food to me quickly. Will definitely be coming back to this location.
Ordered the Club on a Sub. The flavors of the sandwich were excellent. Would definitely go back here. May have liked the bread a little toaster, but honestly, it was so delicious I didn't mind. Staff was very friendly as well.

You can pick the size of the sub you want, depending on how hungry you are and you get to pick and use whichever hot sauce you like.
They have a great selection of hot sauces from mildly hot, to really hot. Each bottle is also numbered with its spiciness level to help you quickly choose.

Food was great! The customer service was outstanding, everyone was friendly. We ordered 4 subs and it was ready within minutes. Restaurant was clean.
We stopped here to pick up a quick bite to eat. I love that they always welcome you right when you come in the door! I haven't been to this location before but this was a great experience. I got my usual hook and ladder, my girlfriend ordered the engineer. Both subs were made fresh and tasted great. We both giggled as the greeter told us "Have a great day ladies!"
Always amazing. Steaming the meat is a game changer, great bread and fresh toppings.

Best subs around with a fire house atmosphere. Very clean and a neat place to eat. Large selection of hot sauces. Employees are friendly and extremely helpful. Love their little desserts by the register. Did I mention their subs are the best around? They use fresh, top quality meats and cheeses.
The store is clean as well as the restroom.
You can also buy a 5 gallon firehouse pickle bucket that helps support local fire departments. They are nice and neat looking too. The prices are reasonable, especially for the quality of the subs. Do yourself a favor and have them double meat your sub... you'l thank me for it... they melt in your mouth.
The club of the sub is my favorite.
