The best prime rib in the city. Have never had a bad meal.
We live out of State. Came up from Tennessee to meet our new Great Granddaughter and also to see our 2nd Oldest Grandson graduate from Big Walnut this past Saturday. The oldest Grandson suggested the family meet at O’Charley’s for Brunch Sunday, so we did. Wonderful food, good Service and Thank You to the manager for taking a family photo.
I enjoyed the Buffalo chicken wrap and the rest of my family got a burger, chicken tenders, and fried fish. The food and rolls were delicious and reasonably priced. The only downside was the service as it took quite a while for food. I assume they are short staffed but they were still pleasant.
Another staple of my personal restaurant choices here in Columbus. Sometimes there's a wait but that's never prohibitive for me.
Staff is always friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Food is fantastic in my experiences, the warm rolls and butter always a plus and prices are decent. A family-friendly atmosphere as well.
They are following COVID-19 guidelines with staff wearing masks and guests required to wear them entering, waiting in the lobby, and exiting.
Amazing I would have to say on the top 10 restaurants that I have ever been to the prices were a little high but worth every penny of it the waiter Aussie if you go there ask for him he is spectacular his appointment when it comes to making sure that your food is delivered or warm and making sure that if you have anything that you need or want he's right there I mean amazing great job Ozzy the restaurant was so clean and the food oh my goodness so delicious definitely a five-star Plus restaurant amazing great job everybody I can't wait to see you again with my first time and definitely not my last time going to O'Charley's
A wonderful family oriented place with fun menu items. The drinks were good and the appetizers were balanced. I will be back. My server Sheila was attentive and on point.
Good food and service. Tried the buttermilk shrimp dinner which was all right. Our group also had the Pork chops and ribs, and the people who tried that realy loved it. The steak apparently was not that good. For the side, if you are taking a soup, would recommend the tomato over the potato soup.

$12.49 for the fish n chips combo is excessive considering the portion given (see pic).
I order my usual fish and chips and always good food. But, the best thing was the great service I got. When, I think good customer service died with the dinosaurs, someone shows me that there are still excellent waiters and waitresses out there.

It's a grilled Chicken Breast with a peach marmalade on top with whipped Sweet Potatoes and Broccoli.
Great place for "during the week dinners". Weekends are busy for all restaurants in this shopping area. Food is very good, service is also. Nice building.
It's broken up into different areas so doesn't feel crowded. FYI- any full size desert for your "birthday" person!!
Had a good meal for a reasonable price. Nice clean and friendly place casual dining nice bar ribs and chicken were great
