Best chocolate ice cream in the land! Always get Graeters when in Columbus.
This Graeter’s is a small store inside the building. The server was so nice to give me a big scoop of ice cream.

Park : East garage is best , to park and walk easily from garage to mall (without going out - during winter especially)
It’s very close by to AMC cinemas

6/5/21...My fiance & I wanted a sweet treat before leaving the mall & heading back to our hotel room. Graeter's sounded delish to both of us, so, I got my usual brownie sundae & he got a milk shake. Our treats were perfect! Also, the male cashier that rang us up & the ladies that made our ice cream were very nice.

I eat way too much ice cream at work because of this place :). Friendly staff with the patience of saints as they always have a full line and every single person in line asks for a sample of each flavor for their entire family. Really, they do well with the tiny space and resources they have to work with! Chunky Chunky Hippo is an ice cream masterpiece and I'm so glad they made it part of their permanent menu and not just seasonal!!!
Great ice cream as always!! Tried the coconut and chocolate chip and it was great!

My first Graeter's experience. The staff was so fun. Lots of samples. That ice cream. Wow. You've got to try it. Ask them what their favorites are. They know their stuff.
THE. BEST. ICE. CREAM. Well that is my opinion anyways. Pretzel cones are the icing on the cake so to speak
