The food was great and so was the service. I was very impressed that the young people who work there were very nice and professional. I had my 5 yr old Great Niece with me and they were good with her.

Great burgers.... I love the double butter burger...hot, cheesy, delicious. There is also often an older man (assuming he's the owner?) at the register of this location and he's always very nice, friendly and helpful. You can sign up for text alert deals and/or take the survey on the bottom of your receipt and receive something free...like a one dip custard sundae. One of my favorite hilliard-rome road destinations.
GREAT Burgers!!. Awesome burgers, excellently greasy and delicious!! Fires are Ok. but they do have some of hte BEST Root Beer in town, second only to A&W.
The new mushroom cheddar and bacon double butterburger was outstanding!
Turtledove custard & Butterburgers. As we returned from a trip to Cincinnati, my friend asked if I was hungry. I said I was, and he asked if I had ever been to Culver's. When I said I hadn't, he said that meant we had to go there. After tasting their delicious butterburger (I chose the one with mushrooms and swiss cheese), I was hooked. Fantastic buttery, burger flavor! The custard flavor of the day was Turtledove. It was the creamiest, most delicious custard I've ever tried. Bits of chocolate, swirls of caramel and crunchy pecans made this yummy custard the best I've ever had. This may be fast food, but the taste was phenomenal!
We went through the drive through, got it to go. It really buttered my biscuits! The cheese curds were delicious and at a perfectly hot temperature that allowed each curd to melt immaculately in my mouth. The burger was decadent as well. The lady was also very nice as she took our order. Great place!
We love Culver's! Butter burgers are my family's favorite. I get the veggie burger and it's so good. We also enjoy the fries and cheese curds. Burgers are made fresh to order so there is a little wait but while waiting you can read the menu for your custard ice cream when you're done. The selection of ice cream is never ending, I always try the flavor of the month just to keep trying new things. The staff is always friendly and they deliver your food right to the table or car side. I highly recommend a trip!
Bomb burgers here. They have such good flavor and textures going on. Ordered the Mushroom Swiss and couldn't get enough. The fries were delicious too, crispy but mashed potato consistency inside. Some comments saying that it was cold or not warm, it's most likely because the drive back home or wherever, it cools down immensely. I think it's just gotta be eaten fresh from drive thru. I'll have to come back to try the curds after learning it's a Wisconsin based company. Maybe get some custard too 🤤
My experience has always been great! It is our go-to place while on the road and otherwise when we are feeling like a burger. The only thing I wished was different was that in Ohio, that they would have the olive burger for an option. Unfortunately, I can only get this while I'm in Michigan.
Delicious and fresh for fast food. Crispy fries, good burger. Fast efficient drive through service. A bit pricey for fast food. Ice cream is good

We went through the drive thru tonight to pick up dinner as we haven't had Culvers in a while. Our cashier was very kind. We got our food relatively quickly. It actually kept until we got home. It was very good. Burgers were cooked well and the fries were crispy.
Foods always good, just not hot. It warm and acceptable just would be so much better if it was hot. Service is always tops, and restaurant I'd always clean.

Culver's is my favorite hamburger place, period, end of story. I love their hamburgers, the french fries are good, the service is great, the staff is always polite and attentive, and I love their Frozen custard. Their root beer is also excellent. I go there every Father's Day and for my birthday.
This place was really good food and service was excellent. I will be back
