One of my 2 favorite places to eat and even study in Columbia. The food is always on point. The only thing that is better that the food is the staff. I am truly grateful to have a place like this in Columbia.
Chose Nourish after being recommended several places in Columbia. The fully GF menu and kid's menu attracted me. I chose wisely! I had the Pesto Bowl which was packed with flavor and very filling. My daughter enjoyed her Little Fiesta Bowl along with my tasty Blueberry Hibiscus Iced Tea. We each enjoyed a mint almond butter ball for dessert. Food was exceptional, price was reasonable, and the atmosphere was chill and inviting. I appreciated seeing a couple farmers drop off food to the kitchen while I was dining. I will come back when in Columbia again!
My husband and I LOVED this place! The owners are so sweet and gave us recommendations of places to visit in town. The food is INCREDIBLE. I had such a hard time choosing what to try (it all sounded so good!), but ended up going with the Broadway Bowl. The cauliballs were packed with flavor, and all the veggies were seasoned to perfection.Absolutely will visit again the next time we are in Columbia!
I love this place. It’s such a nice atmosphere and the food is delicious. I finally ventured off to try something other than my favorite (avocado toast). I tried Mediterranean chopped salad and it was so goooood. I definitely wish I would have ordered two. This has become one of my favorite places to eat in Columbia. Delicious food that is NOURISHING for your body. Support local ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Great food and environment. Some things are a bit pricey. Staff were friendly.
The veggie pesto wrap was amazing (10/10). However, the chili should not be called chili. As far as I could tell there’s no chili pepper or seasoning added, it was more like a bland bean and beef stew— luckily had a soy sauce packet candy which made it much more edible. Really cool place though that is clearly trying to help connect people more with the food they’re eating.
Nice atmosphere. The coffee was superb. Enjoyed the suggested breakfast by the waiter. The amount was pretty good.
Parking was a bit confusing - since there were no signs for Nourish cafe parking. Fortunately there is a ton of street parking available on the opposite side of the street.
This is such a great restaurant to get good clean food. I highly recommend the chicken sausage gravy bowl pictured in this review. Always great service and nice atmosphere.
So thankful for the commitment to feeding my daughter and people like her. The cafe is great for those of us that can have anything - and perfect for those that need to be careful. Win/win!
