These burgers are at the top of the burger game. Too many places try to make their burgers all fancy and they end up overthinking the burger and ultimately ruining the burger. Not Booche's. They're some real burger purists and its a rare sight today. The Fat Sally was really good to. They split the dog down the middle and add a generous amount of their house chili and sauerkraut. The chili was simple albeit very tasty and obviously made with love. Great experience.

Great burgers, great atmosphere. But burgers are small enough that you probably want more than one, and they don't really have sides. For pure taste, excellent, but for overall capacity to serve a good lunch, a little less so. I'm sure I'll be back anyway, though

What can you say about this place other than it’s an absolute gem, friendly lively atmosphere, and the burgers are fantastic. Maybe don’t forget their terrific pork sandwich? Most college campuses have had places like this torn down to make room for some thing like a Panera, I hope this place stays here in Columbia forever.
