Food was fantastic - falafel and pita, to chicken shwerma- my daughter had the chicken curry and they tried to make it not too spicy and she practically licked the bowl clean!!
Good food, nice people! It’s a must try!!
DELICIOUS Chicken Kebab. I went with my sons today for lunch and I'll be back! The rice, the veggies and the chicken were incredible. The restaurant was really clean and the owners were very kind and friendly
Mediterranean, nothing Morocco specific, but excellent. Fair price, best lamb and babaganoush I've had although meat portion a bit skimpy. Great pita, great hummus, good falafel. Tzatsiki, grape leaves, tea, and Pepsi products a little disappointing.
Although the prices have gone up, the food is worth it. I got the Curry chicken, Damascus bread, and stuffed grape leaves, it was all good. It was my first time having grape leaves...it's my favorite now. Chicken was tender and flavorful, with a seasoned grilled taste. I make my own curry chicken which is hard to beat, but this came very close to beating it, lol. The grape leaves came with a dipping sauce, that complimented it well. As always, the customer service was on point. Will be back soon.
The food is made to order. It is always full of flavor and fresh!
This restaurant was our saving grace during our trip to Columbia. We went here quite a few times during our stay because the food was so delicious and consistent. The Damascus bread will make you never want to eat pita again. It’s both soft and crispy and has an amazing flavor. The grape leaves are also recommended as is the feta salad and the hummus. The kufta lamb over rice was so flavorful and the veggies were super fresh. We got to know Mahand, the owner, over our multiple visits. He is so welcoming, kind, and has such a passion for cooking, and it really shows. We will miss eating here!
We tried the chicken kabobs, the chicken curry and the Pasha Chicken. The owner brought over fresh and hot pita bread and hummus. Both of them were incredibly. All of the people in my party were blown away with the customer service and the food! The portions were large and enough to have leftovers! The Curry chicken had the option of spicy or mild. I tried the mild. There was a kick but definitely true to the description. Another added bonus is that they have a couple parking spots in front of the store front so you don’t have worry about finding parking in Columbia. Overall a great experience and would recommend trying it!
Visiting from Florida and stopped by Sahara on Main to eat lunch. We had the lamb and chicken platters, oh my, so delicious! We ordered gyros and shawarmas for the drive home. The staff is also wonderful!
