Normally just go through the drive thru. Never have any issues and the line seems to move at a good pace of there is one. The customer service is good and have no complaints.
Will be back again and again.

My nephew works here and this place is a must if swinging threw customer service is top of the line compared with our present day her!!! Take my advice, it's dairy Queen right but who say no to a hot fudge Sunday or banana split
If you want to travel back in times to the 90's this is the right location. Looks like the interior hasnt been changed since then. Ice cream is same old dairy queen
I've always enjoyed the dairy Queen. I like it they're open all year round now.
I think they're really clean the place up and add a couple of employees.
5/22/22 - 4:15 pm. I'm giving it 4 stars because I like the ice cream and the young man waiting on us was very friendly. I am leaving off the one star because I should not have had to say "excuse me", to the young man, when he had his back turned and was doing nothing, I am guessing listening to his music from his ear piece.
He turned and put his drink on the counter in front of us and left it there. I noticed banana peals on the work area and no one was bothering to pick them up, as the other people were having their drinks and chit chatting,
Did I miss a free cone day, as the other week my friends were happy they received their ice cream free from their neighbor who works there.
To bad the young people do not take a little pride in their job and clean up. It was not busy, at all, at the time we were there.
The gentleman who took our order, Juan, was very personable and accurate. Oh, and the ice cream was delicious as well!
Nothing like a med vanilla cone after supper. The person atvthhe drive thru was very polite.
I forgot how much I love dairy queen ice cream. When we were kids, our parents used to take us as a special treat on weekends or when homework was done on weekdays. There is just some thing special about their products. Delicious. The staff here are very kind and helpful. The store is extremely clean. And the prices are good.
This is the best Dairy Queen in Lancaster County. My order is always correct, and my Blizzard is always filled to the top. I'd rather drive a little farther to this DQ, as they never disappoint me.
When I was 18 or so years old worked for dairy Queen. I absolutely love soft serve ice cream. I very rarely eat frozen ice cream
