I been ordering from here for over 6 years and never had a problem . Love all the drivers. Had a bad incident with a driver tonight and let me tell ya this store went above and beyond to resolve the issue . Manager personally came to my door to hear my story , offered me a refund plus a credit for my next order . Really want to say thank you! The food always rocks as well.
I work a very busy job and pizza nights occur often. Every time I’ve ordered here has been a perfect smooth experience. Tonight however our deliver driver, Elijah got a little lost trying to find our apartment. Which isn’t hard to do as we got lost when we first moved in. Elijah called and communicated with us until he found his way. This was no major inconvenience but just as we were finishing up dinner we received an email apology and coupon for free pizza! That is great customer service! Keep working hard guys!
No matter how difficult the situation, they ALWAYS manage to make it right! (Even if you place a late order and realize AFTER the lobby is closed that you set it for carryout instead of delivery) They'll even remake your order so it's fresh and get the delivery out to you! Thanks guys! ❤️
I’ve had my orders messed up a few times but man are they understanding and willing to fix the issue asap. i’ve never had an issue with them remaking my meal 100% better. i thank you guys.
I ordered 12 pizzas for an advance-time order today and they all did WONDERFUL. Good pizzas, the crew checked the accuracy when I picked up, and all was on time and correct. THANK YOU for your great service. (pick up was 5pm 7/27)
Dominos pizza was, as always, well prepared and well received. This location always gets my order correct.
Would have been 5-star except for he $4.25 delivery fee to go only a few blocks.
I order from this dominoes several times a month, definitely a guilty pleasure. They always get my order right and delivery driver is polite and usually has an upbeat attitude.
You can never go wrong with dominos!!! Every time i order here I am absolutely satisfied! Even if my order is wrong or something wasn't right they fixed it for me without a hassle!! In store and delivery the staff is always friendly! The food is always so delicious and fresh! I never get tired of this place!!!
Always get my food to me fast and hot! Always have to let it cool down so I don't burn myself (I still burn myself 🥲). Only ever had one rude driver, but otherwise everyone's so friendly! Thanks for always fulfilling my cravings! 🍕❤️🩹
I ordered my pizza on the pizza app but when I got there to pick it up my order was not showing up anywhere. I just wanted to say that Matt was AMAZING he helped me try and figure out what was happening with my app and although he was busy and had other customers he handled our order in a quick professional way with a smile on his face. If he isn't a manager he should be, great customer service!! Thank you Matt
Great pizza! Not overly greasy like some of the other places! No complaints, very quick service!
