El Chapin catered my wedding this past Saturday and they did such an amazing job. The food was great. We received so many compliments. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them! Gracias El Chapin. La comida estaba deliciosa!!
Today was the first time having El Chapin and they did not disappoint, best salsa I have ever had and got an amazing burrito. Is most defiinetly my new weekend lunch place!
Very good Mexican food. The place is so cute with the two different trucks and the seats, looks very nice! The burritos were delicious, full of stuff inside and so hot! The sauces are also both very hot ahah. The tacos were delicious as well, but so small! We were expecting "normal size" tacos, but these were mini.
Overall still very good, the prices are good..I would ask less for the tacos since they are so small but it's fine!
El Chapin catered our 80 person wedding a few weeks ago and they did and amazing job! We visited their food truck before hand and loved the tacos. Paula was great to work with with great communication. Our meal came with 2 types of meat for tacos, rice, beans, salsa and chips bar, churros and horchata. It was affordable and such a fun option. They were right on time and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I'll for sure visit their taco food truck again when I'm in Colorado Springs. Thank you very much for everything!
This will forever be our go to taco truck/burger truck location! El Chapin has both the taco and burger locations, I tried each and just WOW! I got the pollo super burrito and it came with 2 sauce cups that I didn’t ask for but so happy to receive! The burrito was so big I couldn’t even finish it, no matter how hard I tried, and felt like a stuffed pig! My partner order the double cheeseburger from the burger truck and the fries come with the burger for the price. Best burger I’ve ever had hands down! The fries were made fresh and were perfectly seasoned and came with a side of the “Chapin Sauce” which is so good! Everything was fresh and made to order so it’s worth the wait! We got to meet the owner Louise and he’s such a sweet hard working man, I’ll be for sure sporting the business and supporting whenever I can! The staff is so friendly at these locations! I wish them all the best!
We both got the quesabirria tacos- 4 tacos, consume, and all the fixings. These are fantastic. Double shells soaked in consume and then put on the flat top so they were an excellent texture and held all the ingredients perfectly. When i got home I had a bit of consumer after it had cooled and set up a bit and it was delicioussss. Yes, they deserve four s’s.
El Chapin is a food truck/trailer in the parking lot of a butcher shop serving great flavors!! Wear some layers if you go during the winter bc seating is outside.
The staff that served us was so nice and they were super quick. We will be back!
The man at the window is always so kind!! The food is incredible too! Fast, delicious, and filling. Easily my favorite food truck in the area.

El Chapin be slappin! No joke at all, one of my new favorite spots all around. Great service, friendly faces, delicious food and plenty of choices! This place is about to be a weekly spot for me to stop by! Pineapple burger is fire! Chorizo Breakfast burrito on point! Plus everything else.i have tried so far is just as amazing!
I've been to the taco truck many times and always had a delicious experience.
The new burger truck is absolutely delicious. The burgers are fantastic. The fries are just phenomenal.
Let me start off by saying they have the best street tacos in Colorado Springs, I can't really speak to any other foods items they have because all I care for are the tacos, the tortillas are warm and great but not soggy like many other places. The customer service is good. They are what you want and get to working on it. I have had their Lengua, asada, and tripas tacos, and it is always my go-to!
Never had anything bad there. Good flavor even the hamburger beats the big commercial chain down the street. If they served steak and baked potatoe Il be there. Hope they open a restaurant soon.
My wife and I stopped by to try out some street tacos, super nachos, and elotes! Probably some of the best food in town! Definitely will stop by again! Thank you for a wonderful meal
