This place has been renovated to be streamlined in a sense. Nothing in the lobby to keep clean like condiments and soda dispensers. That can be a disadvantage for the customer though. We left there with our three drinks in hand. It was a good experience!
It's been a while since I have had breakfast here. Not sure why, because it was good. I had the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. Yum! And since I have the app, it was only $1. The customer service was also great.
Always has been one of the better McDonald's in Colorado Springs. Service is fast, as you would expect, food always tastes fresh. But with any McDonald's, I walk in for my orders. No matter the location, the drive thru is a nightmare. McDonald's corporation as a whole would benefit greatly by revamping this side of each location. They used to be the best. But I always have better drive thru service at their competition hands down.
I went here while visiting my boyfriend, he thought he ordered 2 hash browns one for each of us and didn’t. Asked the lady about it and she said we only ordered one, he said sorry. He went to go order another one and she just gave us one. They were all super sweet. And everything was very clean. Even the bathrooms!
It's McDonald's. You know what you're getting. The best part of this location is probably they speed at which they operate the drive-thru. There's lots of traffic but they get it in and out fairly quick.
I needed some protein and I ordered two plain hamburger patties... No bun ...cheese... Or extras....

Super clean, updated, staff was very friendly, the play area was even open..however it's not big, it's better than nothing!
So I doordashed here and picked up an order that was around 41 and some change. When I got there, the order was taken by someone else. So I had to wait to make sure the customer got what they ordered. The staff was very pleasant and helped in assisting to find out what happened. They were amazing and thoughtful.
