Great wings! Food was hot also!
Have never had a poor experience here. They are always fast and accurate. The staff is very friendly and makes sure to confirm the order before making it and always suggest ways to group your order for a better price.
Facility is always clean and feels fine if you have to wait (cause you forgot to call it in)
Service was all right, atmosphere so so, important; the food was terrible. It was cooked in the morning and was served in the afternoon. It was greasy and was pushed to anybody that they think would not look.
I LOVE wingstop! But they only gave me like 5 carrots when its usually way more for the crew pack (sadpanda). The employees were very nice.
Always polite never have a problem with them south or north academy 😁
The kid in there is very nice kind and has a great sense of humor. They were busy but he never missed a beat. He was helping and greeting all guests who walked in the door. We had to wait 20-30 minutes for our food but it was worth it he was great and the atmosphere was good too because it was getting busy.
Order lunch from here on DoorDash every other week at least. Always delicious wings! And they always get my wings crispy. Thank you!!
I went to a location a few years ago (no longer there) that didn’t impress me at all. Wings were small and average tasting. I didn’t go back. Today I tried Wingstop again at this other location and was blown away. Most of the wings were big and all of them were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. We tried Cajun, original hot, and mango habanero. All were delicious. The restaurant was clean and the employees were very friendly. I almost forgot to mention the blue cheese dip…best I have had. There are actual chunks of blue cheese in it…wait, what?! Thank you and see you again very soon!
Althought I rate this place a four star the service and the food is amazing! The chicken sandwich is a must try I got the lemon pepper and the medium, of the two id recommend the lemmon pepper. The only downfall is their serve time and the waiting area, would recommend shortening the serve time and expand the waiting area
Not just the best fast food experience, not just the best wings reasturant experience but possibly the best customer service I have ever received. They remembered my name 30mins after I sat down. Refilled my drink even though they are not a full-service eatery. And at that, the Manager refilled. I could also overhear them training their employees with patience to ensure they eventually will also provide superior customer service. Also I overhead a manager talking about making schedules to allow employees to better plan for appointments. Staff spoke to everyone that came in kindly. Oh…. And the food was awesome! This is for the WS at 530 S Academy in Colorado Springs.
