I've always loved La Casita for their cuisine Mexican food! I always like to come in and get their breakfast burritos in the morning. They have very fresh food, and I recommend getting their green salsa. It's the only salsa I have when I go their now. I also like the lunch and dinner options, I recall liking their tacos, so I'd recommend those. The service and environment were also good, I recommend coming here if you want some quality Mexican food.
Definitely not what I expected when we drove up. I expected a small sit-down restaurant but walked into a fast food kind of set up. A little hesitant, we order and I am so glad we did. The food is absolutely phenomenal. Tortillas and beans all freshly made, the sauce had a nice kick to it, the rice had wonderful flavor.
Service is very speedy, we did not have to wait very long. It tasted like everything is made fresh every single day. This is definitely a hidden gem and the current rating does not do the restaurant justice. Definitely coming back for the food, best I have had in ages.
I've been away from Tex-Mex too long 😪. So I stopped by LA Casita to get my fix. It was around 3 pm so the place wasn't too busy . I was greeted right away from a cheerful gentleman who took my order.

Enchiladas ,rice, beans ,crispy taco 🌮 😋. Everything was great 👍 just like a mom and pop corner restaurant back at home. Try it out I think you will enjoy it. 😉
We will drive 2 hours for a date day to come here and enjoy the fine crusine.
The authentic Mexican style rice and beans too each dish along with homemade salsa and chips at your table.
The waiter's are too notch using the 12 step serving method.

Very nice place with freshly made tortillas that make all the difference. The food is fantastic and reasonably priced. Being from El Paso, I’d describe the food as quite authentic, generally speaking. This is absolutely my favorite place to get breakfast burritos in Colorado Springs!
La Casita is great. Love the breakfast plates. The enchiladas are great. The manager was awesome. Treated me like a good friend. Keep up the great work.
LaCasita was fantastic! We had a wedding at Fox Run Regional Park and my son wanted tamales and rice to go with the Barria tacos he made. Both the rice and Tamales were delicious! La Casita made my life so much easier by not having to haul rice and tamales from illinois. We were all very pleased! These are the most moist tamales I have ever had!
We love their cheese enchiladas the service is fast the food is really good and it always comes with a smile. We also would like to make sure you know they have a dog friendly patio, that's important to us.
Let me start off by saying that these were the best flour tortillas in the Colorado Springs. Literally nothing beats them. The burritos and nachos were a little lacking, but the food came out hot and correct which was awesome to see. I am glad to see this place is busy, but note that if you want to go in their drive-thru on a weekend to plan for 15-20 minutes as all of their stuff is made to order.
Tortillas are fantastic! Portions seem to have gotten smaller, could have just been this visit. Service was great!
