The breakfast burrito is my favorite. Service is great. I recommend highly!
Been to village inn plenty of times but it’s the first time at this location. Love the comfort food, the portion size, and the cost. We ordered from the breakfast menu. All great food. Also free slice of pie Wednesday is great! The environment and the staff are fantastic here. I strongly recommend village inn.
Ordered 2-2-2 ( egg whites, bacon strips and pancakes) and extra 2 slices of bacon and coffee. Super impressed by how fast the food was delivered (through GrubHub) and the entire food was still hot! It was much cheaper than Urban Egg and most importantly - they have egg whites choice on the menu - which the other doesn't! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I wish the syrup didn't have corn syrup as the 1st ingredient.
Will definitely order from here again! Thanks Village Inn!
My girlfriend loves this place. The food that I've ordered the 3 times here has always been good, just nothing that I've found myself craving. The service was great and fast, the restaurant itself was clean but shows its age.
Overall satisfied and will ne visiting again
Our server was very friendly and super sweet! She provided the best customer service and made sure we were very well taken care of. After being made aware of my allergies she was more than able to have the kitchen accommodate for them! The cleanliness of the restaurant was amazing and the food was delicious. We had a great time!
Anna Maria made our visit so special. Not only did she take great care of us, she also brought out things for our nine month old to snack on and interacted with her while we ate. She wasn’t worried about the mess our daughter made, and just was so personable and genuine. She truly went above and beyond with taking care of our family!
I love Village Inn's breakfast. Country Fried Chicken is my favorite with over medium eggs and some pancakes (for dessert obviously) :) Today's visit was great. My server was awesome and food super delicious. (It makes me want some right now writing this!)
Overall, our large party with kids had a great experience. Eugene was a great server and very attentive and had the forethought to split our checks up early so we wouldn't have any issues at the end.
Food isn't anywhere near fantastic or incredible, but you should already know that when coming to Village Inn. The food was good, just not mind-blowing (and probably never will be). No one in our party disliked anything. If I'm being picky, I might point out that the fries were kind of soggy.
Fish and chips were cooked perfectly, the pancakes and waffles were all fine, and everyone loved their skillets + burrito.
The front of house of the restaurant was clean (minus some crumbs on the seats that we had to wipe off) and the kitchen looked like it was clean at a passing glance.
Only reason I'm going to knock a star is because the bathrooms (men's and women's - according to my wife) were both gross. For the men's bathroom, it almost seemed like someone attempted to clean them or started to clean them and then got grossed out and left. A wipe + the toilet seat covers were a must.
Tl;dr: food + service are fine... clean the bathrooms more.
We tried this place because the restaurant we wanted was packed and I despise crowds. The front looked like an old restaurant like a Denny’s that was renamed. We walked in to be greeted by the our display. Oh gracious me. Lol. My inner fat girl was screaming. We noticed the place was kinda full but it was SUPER QUIET enough for me to joke with my daughter as to why. No one was at the front to seat or greet us so I assume it was based on who worked closest to the entrance. It’s still very clean. No complaints
we were seated and taken care of by Kai. She made us a fresh pot of coffee. The menu was super easy to see and understand. I got a build my own. My daughter got a smothered burrito. When the food came, someone took it upon themselves to add a order of hash browns on my plate I didn’t order. Thank you!! Lol. I looked at the clock as we had to drive to my appointment, so we smashed our food and we flagged down Kai to get a couple of slices of pie to go and our check so we can dip. We checked out immediately with her at the table. That is awesome by the way. Despite what it looks like, I am overalls pleased with the speediness of getting my food. As for taste, the biscuits for the biscuits and gravy were a little dry. Add more gravy. The smothered burrito wasn’t truly smothered. It was HUGE but the taste was bland. Maybe it was the eggs in it. Might wanna rethink the ratio of the ingredients. That can be done better. I haven’t eaten my pecan caramel something pie in a plastic container. It doesn’t look freshly baked and that crust screams store bought so I’m not getting my hopes up. Oh I had the buttermilk pancakes. We liked it! It tastes almost like IHOP except it didn’t just melt in my mouth.
Overall, because of speediness of my service, taste of my food, and my server Kai, it will remain at four stars. Thank you so much!
We had not eaten at village inn for about 3 years and we had a big disappointment on the chicken fried steak. The meat is not near as good and neither is the coating. Potatoes were good and the salad but the meat was yuck compared to what we got 3 years ago.
