Ordered on DoorDash got their pulled pork sandwich with pickles!! 10/10 and also ordered their stacker!! Which was so good I want more!! 10/10 WOULD ORDER AGAIN!!!

Stopped in for some BBQ tonight and man I was blown away by the BBQ. I got the 3 meat plate and inhaled it! Highly recommend stopping in for some good BBQ. Low key feel like the side portions could’ve been bigger but I’m also just a fatty. The portion sizes of the meats were on pointtt! The 2 staff members on duty tonight were on top of it tonight with speedy service and a pleasant demeanor! The kickin buffalo sauce with any of the meat choices is where it’s at! If you’re looking for an appetizing meal that will leave you with the itis look no further! 😋

I was pleasantly surprised by the barbecue at Billy Sims. The pulled pork on my sandwich was smoked perfectly tasted wonderful. The potato salad was also delicious. The service was fast and friendly. And the restaurant was very clean. I will definitely be back.

Tried for the first time today, the online ordering process was quick and easy, the food was delicious (got the brisket sandwich with some mac) and the guy working the counter was very friendly and had a positive attitude. Will definitely be back :)
The food was pretty average for what I had been told to expect. The green beans and baked beans left something to be desired. Their Hot BBQ sauce was a slightly spicier version of the Original sauce and wasn't bad. Unfortunately they were out of Turkey and Hickory sauce at the time. Service at the time was pretty good and quick, but for a Sunday afternoon not knowing how busy they get it was fine. The staff was friendly and attentive. For a smallish location seating was good.
Y'all I've been sleeping on this place. Best bbq ever. I got the hot link pulled pork Mac and cheese and baked potato salad. Delicious. They know how to make Mac and cheese. You know not everyone knows how to make it good. Theirs is great!!! 10 out of 10 definitely recommend
They made me believe that white meat poultry could be juicy and taste good! Hickory sauce was sweet and flavorful. Coleslaw was the best-not swimming in sauce. Staff were welcoming and friendly.
First time stopping here..I usually eat at other bbq spots in the springs..followed Sims in football so I had to try it ..small dining area ..simple menu with meat and sides..good price for bbq.. Staff was friendly..I went with the ribs and 2 sides feeding two people..ribs were very juicy and tender..kinda fall off the bone but still holds together..I got baked beans and mac n cheese as the sides. ..don't forget your onions..pickles..and peppers..and if you need sauce the hickory is bold and smokey.
I highly recommend eating here
