Overall great experience. I loved the place and decor, really giving the eating at home feel. Got the Bole platter and enjoyed everything. Wish I had more meat on the platter. I don’t usually care for beets but they made them taste great paired with the lamb. Also liked the cabbage and collard greens. The honey wine was also refreshing with our meal. I would be back to try more things
Amazing experience. First time trying Ethiopian food and it was really good. We ordered the Sample platter ( a great combination of meats and veggies) and a plate called bole awaze tibs of lamb.
OMG Everything was Absolutely Amazinggggg. This was Me & My Families 1st time ever eating Ethiopian food and everything was 5/5 & the Waitress/Bartender was Superb. Most definitely coming back in a couple of weeks. Definitely worth the hour drive 😍😍😍
Went here today for lunch after church at 1pm. Usually do, to go. Yet, today wanted to eat in. The food was delicious and the waitress were really nice. Order was taken quickly and not too long of a wait for the food to come out!! Definitely feel full, good and ready for a nap afterwards ☺ after eating here! 💯
I wish I had taken a picture of our platter before we demolished it, but we were more interested in the unique eating experience than the photo opportunity! Food is served on a platter and consumed with Injera, a type of flat bread. (If a tortilla married a pancake and had kids, they would be Injera!) No plates or utensils.
Everything was delicious!
