This jack n the box is great. I have come here for the last 11 years & have yet to have a problem with my orders. I love their shakes. I think they are better than mcdonald's & better than the sonic on their shakes. I love the hot & spicy chicken sandwich with extra crispy bacon ordered to top it. Love it when I order in the drive through & get home to find my order was correctly bagged & made to order. Great job Cleveland Jack in the Box team.

Haven't eaten at a Jack in the Box in years so why not while in the area. A little slow and inside wasn't open still but that's everywhere. Food was hot and just what I remembered.

Never had any issues with this location. I go here mainly for vanilla iced coffee and they always taste great. Employees are friendly to.

The food is good if it's not very busy. The drive through is very fast. A few weeks ago the food wasn't hot and fresh. When I tried to tell the young person at the window I couldn't get any response. Overall it's one of my favorite restaurants.

I love our Jack N the Box. They always do my bacon extra crispy as requested whenever I buy a sandwich I want bacon added to it. The window workers are very pleasant & the drive through is very efficient on time.
