We placed a mobile order around midnight and arrived to pick it up shortly after. Upon arrival, they informed us that they were only accepting UberEats or DoorDash orders. However, after asking about our mobile order, they told us to pull forward. We did notice that the ordering screen inside and outside was black, so I'm assuming their POS system wasn't working (perhaps their MO is separate from the POS). Despite the lack of customers, as many drove away due to the system issue, it took about 10 minutes to receive our food (I realize they don't start preparing until we arrive, but it seemed excessive).

The gentleman working the front register was extremely help with ordering via the app on my phone. I was trying to redeem my items from the app rewards and not figuring it out. He showed me how to do it so I was capable of doing it myself in the future. He was extremely helpful. Upon returning to the store sign he was working again and inquired on my musically app and I was impressed daddy remembered. I will continue to patronize this store.
The store and parking lot were both clean of trash and visually appealing. Upon entering the restaurant I was greeted immediately by the young gentleman working the front counter. I was wanting to redeem my rewards points, I had earned in the app, for a free food item and was having trouble figuring out how to check. The item out on the app. The employee working the front was more than happy to assist me with this. He figured it out rather quickly. After my order was placed I was out the door with my free item; hot and tasty.... Thank you

The staff at this Taco Bell is always exemplary. Today was no exception. They take your order promptly and properly and make the food how it's supposed to be made. They're always very nice and courteous. I recommend this Taco Bell if you're in the area every time. It's one of the best ones I've ever been in. The woman who works to drive through is always very nice and funny.
Taco Bell is literally the only vegetarian fast food option (besides meat replacements) and we find one anytime we travel. This one was as expected. Quick service and hot food!
