Good service, friendly staff members. It was busy when I visited and the customers were served within a short amount of time. I asked a staff member for the code to use the restroom, which was clean.
Went to this location earlier today to get food for myself and someone with celiac. They were amazing about it and gave a ton of peace of mind. I have never had a non gluten free place do so well for us.
This Chipotle is one of the best in the area. I am located on the east side but go to Edgewater for walks and make it a point to go to this Chipotle. The ones on the east side are horrible. This one the food is always fresh & cooked correctly and the service is fast and efficient.
Food was great l. Service was on point. The homeless guy in the hallways doing drugs was not great. Employees ignored him as the guy was doing drugs.
So glad to have a Chipotle the neighborhood! Chipotle is Chipotle is Chipotle. Everything here is fresh and consistent with their standard of quality and deliciousness. The staff are really nice and the line seems to move a little faster than the one in Lakewood from my experiences so far. It may be because this is a new store but hopefully they will stay on top of their game at this location.
I am so very happy to see new staff. A new management I decided to go to Chipotle after Wendy's had a line that I didn't feel like waiting for. I have stayed away from this Chipotle because of terrible service out of food. Waiting forever. Just unlimited problems and begrudgingly I walk in and I was thoroughly impressed. The three that we're working tonight were truly awesome. Had great attitudes and we're very helpful. The food was fresh. It honestly has probably been the best experience I've ever had at a Chipotle.
The employees here work hard and are very polite. The girls who work the line are always on it. Give them a raise!
