Can a restaurant from 1918 survive in 2018? That's what The Fifth Wheel is trying to do and by all accounts, it appears to be working. This blink-and-you-will-miss-it place is a throwback to a different bygone era when working class restaurants run by hard-working immigrants offered genuinely good food, no nonsense service, giant portions and low prices. Too bad places like that won't be around for very long.

It's clean however very homey. The food is amazing I have eaten here twice and both times I cleaned my plate. The owners are extremely kind. Service was fast even though the place was little full. I went on Mothers Day weekend it was really affordable also. Great breakfast

Run by some of the best people I know. Such a hardworking family. Cleveland is lucky to have them. I’ve been a customer for almost 10 years and I’ll always direct people here for a great meal, and even better conversation.

A quiet little hole-in-the-wall type of place with really good inexpensive food. We always order the Breakfast Special with half-n-half grits and potatoes and it's still under $10 for both of us. The menu has something for every kind of palate. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. 💯
I love this place the food is delicious you get so much food very nice portion sizes. The lovely couple that owns the restaurant is so nice and friendly! Very professional and clean !!!
Don’t let the outside looks fool you, this is a hidden gem. Food is cooked well, it’s just a Spanish lady and her husband so it feels homely. Prices are really good. For example I got a ham and cheese sandwich with onion rings for about 6$
Best breakfast anywhere. Very affordable and delicious. Not the most visually appealing restaurant but don't let the looks of the place fool you. Family owned and operated and well worth the money.
