Kimberly should be rewarded she ran thus place by her self making the food, ringing up the customers and making the coffee's! She was unbelievable fast and efficient.
The first thing that I want to say is that people really do wanna work. But I can understand why people wouldn't want to work under these conditions. It's 430 in the morning, and the worker Kimberly is all by herself period yet, systematically she takes groupings of orders and then cashes everybody out in a very uniform manner. Kudos to her for holding her head up high and being an exceptional worker. Shame on her manager for not standing next to her at a peak hours.
I'll go here occasionally for their bagel sandwiches. They are usually a good amount of food and taste really good. The staff here are friendly and will make stuff however you want it. Prices are high but keep in mind the following: 1. Airport restaurants are tenants and rent the space they are in which is never cheap in an airport. 2. Everything that comes into the airport is screened by a third party company for security reasons (food and merchandise). 3. They have a lot of staff to pay to keep busy passengers moving so they don't miss their flight due to slow service. These costs get passed onto the customer. That's why airport food and merchandise tend to be expensive.
This one does it right. Toasted bagel separately then filled and warmed sandwiches. Girls were terrific. Great place to sit in Sunday morning..
Not the friendliest folks but could care less cause the Farmhouse bagel with two eggs was soooo freaking good. Worth it and reasonably priced.
We are often have morning flights so stop here for breakfast. The staff is AWESOME! They really hustle. Amazingly the order taker remembers who ordered what and moves down to where people are waiting with their food, then signals them to come & get their order. The cashier is equally efficient and handles the fast pace with ease. Kudos to the staff and manager at the CLE airport!
Quick and clean place. Got a bagel and bottle of water quickly and efficiently. Staff were good.
Loved this place and the girl making the bagel sandwiches did a hell of a job under stress. They need to hire at least one more person there cause her and the manager is too much to handle but like I said she did a hell of a job. It was definitely worth the 45min wait. If you have time before your flight take the time to check it out, it's delicious!
This is a busy airport Brueggar's location. I eat here multiple times a week and the bagels and sandwiches are great and the staff is friendly.
(After reading the horrible reviews here, I had my doubts about this place.) But I had no problems whatsoever. Nice service, got my order in a coupla minutes. The guy even asked a customer who'd been waiting for a while what he ordered so he could make sure someone was working on it.
