The bread is awesome!!! Best bread I've ever had. Everything was delicious. Would recommend for sure.

Nice little place. Food was very good! Had lasagna and chicken francaise. Both were excellent. Salads were nice, if a bit drenched, bread was good. Nice, above average meal! Try it out, you won't be disappointed.
Great food at a great price!. Family style restaurant with great service and excellent home cooked meals. The bread is the best and the meatballs are out of this world. Good value also, big portions for reasonable prices. Highly recommend it!

We started out looking for a place we had never been before. We stoped at one restaurant and they had no walk ins and seen Gaetano’s. We decided to stop in and yes, we were able to get seated. I am so glad we ended up here. Our server was an older woman with short hair. She was great, very attentive and had a great sense of humor! For starters we had the Italian wedding soup, salad, bread and stuffed Italian peppers. For our meals we had chicken Parmigiana, and linguine and white clam sauce. Everything we ate was delicious, not to mention the prices are very reasonable!! I would definitely recommend!!
food is pretty good. my biggest pet peeve though is when i order wings and 1 they forget the ranch & 2 they don’t have celery. if you sell wings you should have celery and forgetting the ranch is the worst. i can’t eat them without it. also the wing sauce came on the side so i had to toss my own wings. otherwise, food was good i like the poppyseed dressing for the salad and the stuffed shells were good. the meatballs could be softer but overall not disappointed.
A great little place to get homemade Italian food. Service staff is always very friendly and helpful. We love going there for dinner. We usually get the specials. Fresh baked Italian bread. We even get a loaf to take home. Great little spot. I would highly recommend
Love the salad and house dressing. The bread is really good when brought our warm. Have had mixed reception from waitresses- they dont all come off as warm and friendly but they do their jobs! They seem to warm up to regulars... Had one really nice waitress so far. Have tried lasagna and chicken parm. They will def keep me coming back:))
You end up really full from the portion size you get from here. Chicken francese is by far the best dish. Eggplant parmesan was very good as well. I'm a huge fan of tiramisu and only reason why I gave 4 out of 5 was that they don't make this dessert themselves. You can tell it's frozen since mine was partially frozen on top while the bottom was warm on plate from being quick thawed. Next time I go I will have to try the fried dough they have since that is made in house.
Great food and service! We live nearby but had never been and were in the mood for Italian. The sauce was excellent. We will definitely come again. Great if you like a smaller family feel restaurant. Awesome place for local dinners out as an alternative to going downtown or to Little Italy.
Excellent. We had our daughters college graduation party there and every thing was excellent. The waitresses were ready for us. The food came out very quickly. The food was excellent. The lasagna was delicious as well as the veal parmigiana. Alfredo per one family member was the best they ever had and the kids loved the pizza. The meatball sub was humongous. There were 14 of us plus the one year old.
The blush sauce was delicious! Happy they were knowledgeable and accommodating for gluten free needs :)
We have been enjoying meals here for over 15 years. First, in Mayfield Hts. and now in Willoughby Hills. We have NEVER had a complaint about any of our meals. The servers, Lori and Janet are wonderful, caring and funny ladies who are great at what they do! I would definitely suggest trying Gaetano's
for a great meal and fun time!
This place has excellent Italian food! They are well known for their bread. YUM! You can order bread to take home also, already baked! Service is wonderful. We were there 4/16/23, a party of 50, with 3 waitresses, and they all did an excellent job! Although you can walk in without a reservation, it's better to have one. I highly recommend this restaurant. If you love Italian food, you won't regret it.
