I arrived around 7:45pm to pick up a pizza order my brother placed for his small birthday party. My brother placed the order via Dominos app. It was 4 medium two topping pizzas. When I walked it, I was promptly greeted by a staff person who asked how would they help me.
I gave told them I was picking up a order. I gave them my brothers name, to which he obtained the pizzas and handed it to me. The guy was extremely friendly and had a huge smile on his face that almost seemed fake. Of all the times I’ve picked up Dominos from several location across, including different states, and I have never had a person be so friendly and smiling so hard. Nonetheless, the boxes felt warm, which was a good thing. My brother lives like a Mile away. All the pizzas were delicious and we enjoyed them!

I ordered online for carryout, 3 large pizzas, and 8 piece hot wings. The store was very clean, and customer service was excellent. I ordered on the app, it took them 15-20 minutes to complete my order. They were done early based on the time the order tracker told me it would be done. Prices were reasonable. I will definitely come back here.
The team members at this Domino’s location are rockstars! We order from this store semi-regularly and there has never been an issue. Carside pickup or delivery, they are always prompt with a piping hot pizza. I’ve had a number of positive, friendly interactions with the people working here and you can always trust them to handle your food the right way.
The staff are friendly the lobby looks very clean when my pizza was ready the gentleman who took it out of the oven said order for Tracie and the young lady at the counter just stood there and after about 3 or 4 minutes I believe it was a manager that said that the order for me was ready and the young lady finally went to the shelf where the pizza was and grabbed my order.
The outside parking is not wheelchair accessible and I don't mean that it's a wheelchair can't go on it I'm just saying that we had our electric scooter on the back of our car and it's not level enough for the wheelchair lift to not scrape up against the ground.
I'm a very particular pizza orderer, this crew freaking nailed it!!!!!

I will only order from here from now on. After bad experiences at other pizza places in town, I tried this one out even though it is pick-up only (no delivery). Every time, the pizza is very hot and delicious, with toppings evenly spread out. Everything tastes fresh. They always have good deals going online, so I know I can feed my family for a reasonable price. The employees are friendly and polite, and the store itself is very clean. It's always a great experience when I order from here.
Currently one of the best teams this location has ever had. These guys always have a smile on their face, even during a busy rush! I came in a few minutes before closing and felt so bad because they could of already been cleaning up their equipment after a busy holiday night. They insisted i order that it would be a pleasure to make a pizza for me. I ordered my favorite Ham and Pineapple, it was one of the best take out pizzas ive had in a while! So here I am two weeks later waiting for another amazing pizza writing this review. Corporate, if you see this, these guys are killing it!! As a fellow Food & Beverage worker and General manager, i would be honored to have these guys on my team!! Thank you!!

This Clayton, North Carolina Domino's really goes the extra mile to make sure that I am happy with my order. I really love the contactless curbside delivery too. The one time that they didn't get my order right, the regional manager, Mike, gave me a store credit to make it right immediately when I called the next day about the order.
Having said this, I will say that I am not happy that they made a decision to stop delivery to my area. We have lived in Clayton since 2005, and about 2 or 3 years ago they stopped delivering to my area, and the Smithfield North Carolina Domino's doesn't deliver to our area either. So, if I want to order from here I have to drive up here to pick up my order, and of course by the time I get the pizza home, it isn't nice and hot like it would be if it was delivered to our house. I wish there was someone that we could speak with that could change the delivery route back to what it used to be. There are 3 brand new residential subdivisions being built in our area right now, not to mention the size of my own subdivision! Domino's is losing a boatload of money/profits by refusing to deliver to our area. Of course, someone could build another Domino's that is closer to our area, and that would solve the problem completely! Outside of this complaint, I don't have anything bad to say about this Domino's restaurant.
