Can a place be good at both Lebanese food and down home Southern cooking? Apparently in Clarksville, they can. And great breakfast! It has spacious dining room, and a laid-back atmosphere. Nothing's going to be done quickly here, but it seems like it's all done right. I won't say it's the best I've ever tasted, but everything we ate was tasty and solidly done. It was a great find while traveling and I could certainly stop through again when going through town.
Long standing Clarksdale diner whose owners are of Lebanese heritage. I tried the Kibbie Omelot. It was good and definitely different. The morning my wife and I ate there they seemed to be understaffed which is understandable with the pandemic. Owner was friendly.
The atmosphere and the quality of home cooked food have kept rest haven open for along time and I hope continues we love stopping by for lunch.

I was traveling from Columbus Ohio and while in Clarksdale I stopped here with my cousin we had a delicious meal fresh and Hot!!!! I fell in love with this spot and the owner.... talk about Southern Hospitality!!! SHE WAS GREAT!!! I will be back to visit for sure. If your in the area stop by! Great Good! GREAT PEOPLE!

This was a delicious tasty scrumptious breakfast I didn't have to add any extra to flavor (A1, seasoning salt, pepper, and etc.)
The service was super, the waitress was very friendly and though owner came out and greeted us as well. The food came out within 10 minutes of placing order.
Definitely stop in have a bite is definitely it!
If you've never been to lunch in a restaurant in the delta this is the place to go! Lots of friendly folks, good selection on the menu, and reasonably priced. I had one of the best hamburgers I have ever had. When I go back to clarksdale Mississippi in the near future it'll be close to lunch time! And the Rest Haven restaurant will be the place to go.
