Went to order on 12/11 in the evening around 9PM. The man taking orders at the window was one of the most polite and respectful fast food workers I’ve encountered in a LONG time. It was refreshing and he deserves a raise. Keep up the good work whoever you are!
Very good customer service, but I've never had a problem with service or food quality I know there not perfect but this store has a good staff as far as I can see and I go in here all the time keep up the good work I rock with ya!
I have been a patron of this particular Burger King for the better part of 20 years and 99 times out of 100 or maybe 99.9 times out of 100 I never have an issue. The folks are nice they’re polite. The service is quick foods good I would’ve given them 100% except I have had some fries that probably were in that under the heat lamp a little too long but that happens so not gonna hold it against him much and when I use that dub hundred figure up there yes I’ve eaten there a lot :-)
It’s not always perfect but today my Impossible Whopper was so delicious, I had to leave a review. It came out very juicy, not hard or burned, just perfect. I am really thankful that this is an option on the menu, thanks BK!
The service was fast and well presented. The dining area was immaculate. Special recognition goes out to employee 'Brianna Luna', (I hope I got her name right). I was in a sour mode having just left my bank and feeling very frustrated. Brianna's cheerful smile and prompt service brightened my day. I wish everyone could experience this type of service. Great job guys.
Went thru the drive thru ordered food was hot and fresh definitely best bang for buck.
Girl who took my order was very unfriendly and unprofessional. Ordered some sauce with my order, was not in there, but paid for it.
Once again the staff here showed a welcoming attitude. I absolutely LOVE coming here. I've been coming here since I was a little kid, and just love how its always welcoming.
This Burger King at the moment cannot keep employees. You almost always have to use the drive-thru, I don't like drive-thrus I'd rather go in and order my food. So on that note I stopped going. The front doors are locked so much I had to report them to the company. How is it that every other fast food restaurant on the Pike you can walk-in and order except for Burger King. That's just bad business in my eyes (opinion).
