I wanted to visit this place since my old time leaving in Texas. And HURRAY! Dreams come true. My favorite and never forgotten breakfast sandwich - Nova Lox! The best taste of smoked salmon and cream cheese! Thank you Einstein Bros. Bagels!
First time here. Order the Harvest Chicken salad on an Asiago bagel. The sandwich is very good. Order was received quick and made fresh when you place order. Staff was very polite and courteous. Would definitely come back again.
Easy access off of the interstate. Could be a little cleaner. The service was excellent!
First time here, as I usually go to Bagel Stop as it is in my building, but wanted to try these guys and glad I did! the guy taking my order was very patient with me as I had no idea what I wanted, he suggested something, the chili club It was really good! Comes with a side and pickle, but I didn't get my pickle. Any was was really good, will definitely go back and try some of the other bagel sandwiches!
Every time I stop in to get some breakfast in the morning I'm always greeted with a "good morning" from all the staff. Customer service is excellent and makes you feel welcome and wanting to come back! Food is always hot and bagels are always soft and fresh! Yum!
This place can get quite the line on a Saturday morning before a downtown marathon. Go figure. The line I waited in was wrapped around the store and almost to the door. There aren’t that many tables to sit at and things can fill up quickly.
I really appreciated how Friendly and flexible the staff were. It was freezing outside and I was craving a steamed milk. Even though it’s not on the menu, the barista was more than happy to make it for me. I believe he charged me for a coffee - about a dollar and change. I was just fine with that!
I also used the bathroom while I was there. It has a keypad and you have to ask for the code and have to had made a purchase. Thank goodness for that, because this bathroom was actually clean. Too many places downtown have disgusting bathrooms because they don’t do this.
This is a downtown bagel place in the heart of the business district. They are quick and well-staffed in the mornings the handle what I presume to be their biggest crowd and their busiest time. I went in the morning and it wasn't a long wait at all. They were very fast and efficient which helps when you need to get to work on time.

Such a friendly staff. And there food is fresh. Instead of giving me an old egg on my sandwich, they took the time to make it fresh. They also remembered my name which shows me their customer service. The selection of food is so awesome, you will be standing there for a long time to decide lol. Definitely recommend.
There bagels are so good my favroite is the cranberry with strawberry cream cheese. They also have great smoothies to. I would recommend.
Great food and coffee, a classic Cincinnati stop if your visiting.
